Hello Sgtdingle - May 16, 1999
Those unfortunates who are suffering now need our prayers now, but will be greatly rewarded when they get to Heaven. God is ultimately just.
  1. Vj ~ If God is just why are the unfortunates suffering in the first place? Again those who are doing the praying are rewarded twice, now by not suffering and in heaven, whilst those who suffering are rewarded only after death. The Christian God is indeed false.

    Hello porky - May 19, 1999
The bible says "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness..." it doesnt say "Lets make God in the image of man."

  2. Vj ~ But there was no image before, so how was the likeness determined?

Thank God we don’t go by your analogy, for the fool has said in his heart, there is no God. Do you know that is the only statement in the bible about an atheist?

  3. Vj ~ There is no problem for the atheists for they have already determined there is no God and do not expect anything in return for that.

The reality of God is never argued, never debated or called into question.

  4. Vj ~ How else would we be able to determine His reality?

What is the reason for this omission? Why do the scriptures refer to an atheist as a fool, then pass by him with no further notice?

  5. Vj ~ The question is about a foolish believer whom a foolish (false) god grants salvation, not an atheist.

    Hello cliff - May 23, 1999
The only true religion? That part is right.

  6. Vj ~ If it is right then you and I are in unison.

Religion is man searching for God,

  7. Vj ~ True religion is humankind searching for the one true God.

Christianity is God reaching to man.

  8. Vj ~ This makes it false, why would God want to reach for fools when it is not His fault they are fools?

Baseball owner and product. Outward appearances and accomplishments is that all you have come to see?

  9. Vj ~ Isn't that want Christians see - raising of the dead, making the blind see and redemption? Had it not been for these outward appearances and accomplishments who would have accepted Christianity as a religion? Furthermore, look at those who preached the gospel, they are rich and materialistic. What Christian would listen to a man in rags today, as they did in Jesus time?

Again, it is the heart my friend that God searches.

  10. Vj ~ God is Omnipresent, why does He has to search when He is already everywhere? Shows you know nothing of God.

But there is a cure, and you and i are not beyond His cure.

  11. Vj ~ True religion where truth is in harmony with reasoning and in conformity with natural laws is the cure. Whereas, a fool, who wastes his time loathing or waiting for salvation to be handed to him, is beyond a cure.

If I am a "fool-friend" (yes its porky) then at least i am still your friend.

  12. Vj ~ Wonderful, but it is of no benefit to you when there is a lack of true knowledge.

Yes, i can make a fool of myself over and over, but thats ok, at one point in my life it wasnt, revenge was always sweet for the first few hours.

  13. Vj ~ And what sensible (All-wise) God would come into your heart when you are a fool over and over

The inner change has to come along with the outward appearance to show that change.

  14. Vj ~ In or out a fool is still a fool and only with the correct knowledge can the change be possible.

Some trials i fail, some i dont, God gets the credit for the ones i dont, i get credit for the ones i do fail.

  15. Vj ~ Any God who gets a credit because of your stupidity is a fool also.

Looking forward to your "critique"(is that the right word?) of my answer. cya cliff

  16. Vj ~ Why so anxious to prove yourself a fool? Shameless, I must say!

Hello Icecream_Snow - June 06, 1999
I certainly have never seen heaven. I have only heard of it through the bible especially through the words of the son of God Jesus Christ.
  1. Vj ~ And how would you know if he really did exist? Since Krishna, Muhammad and Buddha, etc., are all false according to Christianity, in spite of having their own evidences.

I cannot prove it so as it is a matter of faith.

  2. Vj ~ And what other religions are not based on faith?

However I have enough evidence for myself through my experiences of God and seeing myself and the lives of my friends dramatically change to know that it is true.

  3. Vj ~ And why is it any different for a Hindu, Muslim and a Buddhist, since they also have enough evidences through their God and friends?

The only thing that currently springs to mind is when Jesus says that he has gone to prepare a place in heaven for me and all who come to know the father through him.

  4. Vj ~ And don't you know that Krishna, Muhammad and Buddha said the same for their respective followers? The question still remains, what makes yours' right and theirs' wrong, when the evidences are the same?

    Hello Icecream_Snow- June 09, 1999
Yet Christianity is the only religion that worships a living God and knows him.

  5. Vj ~ The others also say that their God is living and they know him.

All other Religions are based on trying to get closer to this God.

  6. Vj ~ And what is yours based on?

I would be interested to hear the evidence for Krishna etc because I do not believe that it will stand up to close scrutiny

  7. Vj ~ Here is your failure, how could you be certain that you are worshipping the living God, when you know nothing of the others? Would it not have been in one's best interest to investigate them all and then draw the final conclusion?

    Hello Icecream_Snow - June 12, 1999
Well I personally would prefer to keep the arguments above aboard and stop the petty mud slinging.

  8. Vj ~ Actually you are the one who started it by berating my criticism and fail to refute it after, and I really don't mind, because I have answers for fools also. If you were close to intelligence you would also have an answer for 'mud-slinging'.

I will stand by the so-called criticism of the bible as the arguments were poor and undefined.

  9. Vj ~ What good is that, when you can't refute the criticism?

If you actually put up some proper arguments rather then using a strange slur of hinduism/atheism will is altogether incoherent.

  10. Vj ~ OK! I said the God of the Bible is the dumbest idiot that ever walk this earth, since he created one man and one woman which eventually led to Cain having sex with his sister. Incest is immoral now, therefore it had to be in the beginning also.

As a mathematician I actually like things in black and white and would like you to actually present your argument against Christainity properly rather than arguing semantics about the definitions of words that can be found in any dictionary.

  11. Vj ~ I hope your mathematics can help you with my argument above. By the way, if you don't mind, please tell me, what is the source of mathematics. I went through the whole Bible and haven't found anything of science.

Hello oinkus - June 06, 1999
VJ, you seem to want to attack other religions as mush as possible,
  1. Vj ~ It simply means that only what is false can be subjected to attacks.

but you're doing a poor job of it.

  2. Vj ~ It is even poorer on your part since you haven't even attempted to refute my 'attacks'.

I have repsects for Hinduism, but you are really making it look foolish.

  3. Vj ~ Christ said “I am the way, and the life, no one comes to the father except through me.” John 14:6, which means Hinduism is false. Only a fool respects what is false.

I'm happy that you are not typical of Indians.

  4. Vj ~ Only a fool is happy he is a fool.

There are several in my church who are not rude as you are.

  5. Vj ~ It is not rude to denounce what is false, even though you are offended, it is for your own good. Besides, how could they when they are fools worshipping the same false god that I am exposing?

    Hello lafslo - June 30, 1999
To my fellow Christians, God knows we have all tried to help singhvj understand God and Jesus.

  6. Vj ~ But what a fool of a god would know anyway, that I am here to help all you Christian fools?

He is not capable of understanding at this time in his life.

  7. Vj ~ As if it is that simple to understand fools, much less curing them.

I don't know what has happened to him in his lifetime, but I feel sorry for his soul.

  8. Vj ~ Not more than I for yours and you lost Christians who are awaiting a fool's paradise.

I do not understand his NEED to come to a Christian Message board an attack Christians for their beliefs.

  9. Vj ~ The wise can even draw nectar (wisdom) from poison (fools). What better reason to be here? Besides if Christianity can be attacked, it is far from truth.

He is a puppet. He is too afraid to answer questions that are put to him.

  10. Vj ~ On the contrary, it is fools like you who tremble and disappear like cowards in face of my reasoning power. I am not only responding to the lowest of fools that send me a rebuttal, but to almost every line.

HE doesn't even know why he behaves the way he does.

  11. Vj ~ Of course I do, I am simple not an idiot like you Christians who are awaiting the arrival of dead man (Jesus) to come again.

So, I am going to take the advise of the Bible in, 2Corinthians 6:14-15 which says: "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What does a believer have in common with a non believer?"

  12. Vj ~ It is your way out of a rational discussion. Why on earth would you want to opt out of this debate, if truth is indeed on your side?

Vijai singh belongs to Satan at the moment.

  13. Vj ~ Or maybe you do and you don't know it yet. Satan is a fictional figure, created to take the blame for all the sins Christians are guilty of. How else can they get to heaven?

Maybe someday he will see the light.

  14. Vj ~ The same for you also since Jesus is 'coming' again.

I can now only pray for him, but I will no longer be part of the kind of attention that he is so desperately seeking.

  15. Vj ~ I doubt whether you know how to pray for your own soul. The Pope is Christ’s vicar, suffering from incurable diseases, if his prayer couldn’t save him from pain and misery, there is absolutely nothing your prayer can do.

    (ABUSE: He thrives on it)

  16. Vj ~ So do Christians who rely on the blood of the “abused” (crucified) Jesus to save them.

If he seeks the truth that is fine,

  17. Vj ~ Rather brave statement, but what is the truth? That a fool and a wise man can both be rewarded the same?

but that is NOT why he is here on the message boards.

  18. Vj ~ I am here to tell you that the righteous and the wicked, and the wise and the foolish cannot reap the same rewards.

Hello indianfeather - July 01, 1999
How can we compare a Baseball-club owner to God? The club owner has only limited resources
  1. Vj ~ But yet he would have the good sense not do anything that stupid as to bankrupt his business.

whereas God has the whole universe to offer and to share with believers.

  2. Vj ~ But in spite of that, He is not only all-wise but Just and can never do anything that stupid to grant a fool and a wise man the same rewards.

I would rather have an eternity contact with God any day.

  3. Vj ~ If you cannot see the good sense in the Base-Ball owner's business success, I doubt whether an all-wise God would want any contact with you. The wise attracts the company of the wise and fools attract the company of fools. Know where God stands and know where you stand.

    Hello indianfeather - July 02, 1999
Vijai: When you have all there is to give, you can never go bankrupt.

  4. Vj ~ Then who is in this world has all to give and gives it foolishly?

My eternal contract is worth everything to me.

  5. Vj ~ It is a contract based on a false religion (Bible). The truth is that whatever is created is finite and must die, this includes your soul and your heaven. So who enjoys eternity? Any God who breaches His own laws cannot be called All-perfect or All-wise.

Does your God promise you anything? And does he have examples of past promises that he has kept?

  6. Vj ~ My God make no promises, since wisdom through the knowledge of His revelation (Vedas) is the only path to salvation.

    Hello indianfeather - July 03, 1999
Vijai: Im afraid the Vedas have done a great disservice to you by not giving you the ability to teach others your beliefs effectively.

  7. Vj ~ According to the Vedas even God has no cure for a fool so why would I even try?

He has given you the mocking ability of a parrot.

  8. Vj ~ Aren’t believers of false religions like parrots also repeating themselves over and over? Like the parrot, a believer has no reasoning ability, so whatever “parrot” ability I have applied, it should be welcomed by Christian believers. And since parrots go to your heaven also, why do I have to worry at all?

Your website is very well done, but I still don't come away understanding what your believe is. (my foolishness...right?)

  9. Vj ~ Thank you, and if you have come away without understanding, it means you didn't stay long enough. It is for those who are truly interested since it calls for reasoning and to ingrain proper reasoning habits, that takes a lot of time. You see the difference is that you have to save yourself in true religion, whereas in other religions the prophets do it for you.

    Hello lafslo - July 03, 1999
I agree Indianfeather, no one has a clue as to what Vijai Singh is all about.

  10. Vj ~ I don't know of any fool who has clue that works for them, unless the clue is raising the dead or splitting the Dead Sea.

This is the first time Vedas has been mentioned.

  11. Vj ~ It shows how much of your life was spent in ignorance. My home page has been there from the very beginning of this conversation, but typical of a fool who would never dare to venture.

I think mental illness is at work in this man's mind. Lafslo.

  12. Vj ~ Doesn't sit well coming from some one who has no clue.

    Hello DLO 3 - July 03, 1999
Yes, Vijai Singh is a true genius.

  13. Vj ~ Thank you, and which means you would have to be a greater genius to figure one out a genius.

His true genius lies in his ability for being stupid.

  14. Vj ~ Excellent! Now all you have to do is prove it and it shouldn’t be difficult for a ‘greater genius’.

Hello SPAYNE20 - January 09, 2000
Singhvj: I would call Him a lover of His creation
  1. Vj ~ Leaves one to wonder why this is His only creation? Was he on vacation, in a coma or filled with hate from all eternity until this creation and will he be going back to his old state after this creation?

    Hello GOYPADI - January 11, 2000
singh...'It is the fool who says there is no God.' So who is the fool?

  2. Vj ~ It is better to be an atheist than a hypocrite. It is better to know who is God before professing to know Him. Surely if all theists have an idea of whom God is, why so many opposing dogmas?

There are none and won't be any fools in heaven.

  3. Vj ~ There must be if there is such a thing as redemption. I am quite sure it is not the righteous or wise that will be in need of repenting or be forgiven.

What God is saying is that no matter what time you join the game you still get to play.

  4. Vj ~ So why is there no base-ball player at the age 50 and over in the major leagues? Are you saying that if a fool dies a day after he repents (join the game) he gets to go heaven? Is it not an injustice, when there are those who work their hearts out all their lives for righteousness?

But He also says that the harder you play the more reward you get. Matthew 5:19, 18:4

  5. Vj ~ If heaven is granted to a fool who repents (or played hard for) a day before he dies and one who played harder all his life, what greater reward is there (for those who work harder) when they both go the same heaven? Heaven is heaven for all eternity, what greater reward are there? Can one also become a doctor in a day or a week verses one who spent the necessary time required?

    Hello GOYPADI - January 16, 2000
singh.....(1) all theists don't know God.

  6. Vj ~ That includes you, I hope.

(2)if a man is a fool he won't believe God exists.

  7. Vj ~ It is fools who are content with belief of salvation being a gift freely given to those who ask, the action of a lazy mentality.

    (3) if a person dies the day after he repents and accepts Jesus then he goes to heaven.

  8. Vj ~ Inspite of being a fool all his life verses the Pope or cardinal, bishop and priest who spent their entire life practicing and preaching, he also gained salvation. Your god is indeed a fool! For who would entrust their life to a man who became a doctor in one day of study?

The Bible tells of the thief on the cross asking Jesus to remember him. Jesus said he would be in paradise with Jesus that day.

  9. Vj ~ Well if the Father is a fool, what would you expect of the son?

(4)there are different levels in heaven. Exactly what that difference is I don't know.

  10. Vj ~ You are also an idiot to believe in a faith, that lacks all the answers. What wisdom is there in knowing of different levels, when there is no knowledge to explain them? How would you know what level to work for? How foolish can you be?

(P.S.) God's not asking us to become doctors, just to give our hearts and lives to Him.

  11. Vj ~ It is only an analogy my friend which explains, that even though man is fallible, a complete dunce, with one day of educational tutoring, could never be hired to teach in an university. God is All-wise and could do no less.

    Hello Catfish - January 16, 2000
In the Bible there is a story of children wanting to see jesus and the adults wouldn’t let them because they thought that they weren’t important enough("fools") but he said let the children come just the same as the adults ("wise men") so yes God does dare equally about fools and wise men.

  12. Vj ~ If your God cares equally for all, then why are there fools in the first place?

    Hello _IXTHUS - January 16, 2000
Self righteousness is the way to salvation!!!

  13. Vj ~ Not if there is repentance! Who needs be righteous when you can ask for forgiveness even on the day of judgment?

He who thinks himself to be wise and worthy of salvation has the towel about his head wrapped too tightly!

  14. Vj ~ It is exactly what I would say of Christ, who obviously thought he was wise. Viewing all the kingdoms of the world from Mount Olive to let Christians know that the earth was flat

    Hello dal00137 - January 16, 2000
I wouldn't compare my God to a business owner I consider Him our father and a father who forgives his child is not a fool he simply loves them.

  15. Vj ~ God loves those who seek His wisdom. As a father I must also be just and if my child commits a crime, he must be punished for it instead of being forgiven. If the wicked are not punished, they would continue to hurt innocent people. Punishment is to deter and not a means of revenge. It is called Justice for the criminal and mercy for the innocent.

    Hello okiejack - January 17, 2000
Vijai, By what authority do you Judge GOD?

  16. Vj ~ By the authority of a FAITH that is in harmony with reasoning and science, and in conformity with the immutable laws of nature.

    Hello okiejack - January 18, 2000
singhvj, Then good luck to you human. Because "luck" is all you have.

  17. Vj ~ Had you investigated my faith you would have noticed that I have true knowledge, it is you who need luck and you know how unsafe that can be. It is as unsafe as awaiting the return of a man who died 2,000 years ago, to come back alive. Have you or anyone in this modern age ever seen a dead person come to life?

    Hello GOYPADI - January 18, 2000
    Okiejack....c'mon now...let's be truthful....singhvj doesn't even have luck....only a hellish future. It is sad.

  18. Vj ~ The hellish future is for idiots who are awaiting the return of a dead man (Jesus). It is a breach to the immutable laws of nature, which is solely responsible for order and design by an Omniscient God, for a dead man to come back to life. Even God cannot breach these laws, for God can only function as All-perfect within His all-perfect laws.

Hello Bhima Noel - January 18, 2000
When I was a child I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face; now I know in part; but then shall I know even as I am also known.
  1. Vj ~ As children we are too young to understand, so we learn by following - "Do as I say". It is called ready belief, but to remain credulous, even in adulthood, is a travesty to the free-born intellect. It is not wrong to be born in these conditions, since it is God's Divine Justice, but to remain there without further examinations (of the tenets of all religions) to ascertain truth from falsehood, is a grave sin to the human soul. Have you done your part as I have done? If not, then here is the way

    Hello sonnysmom - January 23, 2000
Hi Singh, Let me explain the concept of salvation.

  2. Vj ~ If you believe that God is in need of others (son and holy ghost) to do His work, then you don't even know the concept of God, much less that of salvation.

You are confused because you believe Heaven is a reward for some kind of particular behavior, like a ball player's salary is dependant on his performance, popularity, etc. Don't work that way!

  3. Vj ~ Then your god is even more foolish, since all human beings expect a reward for their accomplishments. It is the only incentive for success and working for salvation can be no different.

Imagine the richest man in the world deciding to give a million dollars to anyone who will ask, just because it will give him pleasure. THAT'S salvation.

  4. Vj ~ It is perhaps 'salvation' for those who receive a million dollars, but that still leaves "the richest man in the world" an idiot because at some time all his wealth will be gone.

It's not based on anything you or I can do. It is God's free gift. Got it now? Your welcome! Mom

  5. Vj ~ Nothing is free, my friend. Had it been so (no buying & selling), there would be chaos and if your heaven is a resort for mass murderers, rapists, thieves and scoundrels, even righteous people won't enjoy it.

    Hello okiejack - January 23, 2000
Singhvj, So you say. My GOD is not limited by your interpretation of reality.

  6. Vj ~ Actually he is limited by a fool's interpretation of what God is not supposed to be.

But be that as it is. You have been granted the right, by the One True Living GOD, to choose what you believe.

  7. Vj ~ On the contrary, the one true God can only be known through true knowledge and not what you or anyone else believe him to be. If you chose to only believe, without further inquires, it is a grave sin.

My GOD and Savior came to earth in a fleshly body that died.

  8. Vj ~ God is an eternal subtle spirit and cannot die. If He came in flesh then he cannot be God, since it is a breach to his attribute of Omnipresence, being here, there and everywhere. Being embodied he is localized.

GOD the Savior is eternal. GOD the Savior is Life.

  9. Vj ~ He is the Saviour alright, but it is you who must make the effort to save yourself by the practice of His knowledge. There is no forgiveness of sins, since a man must reap what he sows. It is called Divine Justice.

Who am I to argue with another masters servant? peace

  10. Vj ~ I am His servant, and I am here to save you from the false religion of Christianity.

    Hello GOYPADI - January 26, 2000
singhvj...."There is no forgiveness of sins..."??

  11. Vj ~ "And then he shall reward every man according to his works." Matt14: 27.
If man is rewarded according to his works, then it is obvious sins are not forgiven. But if sins are forgiven, then man is not rewarded according to his works and Jesus is a liar.

Then what is the point in believing in God?

  12. Vj ~ Since these inconsistencies exist in belief, there is no way of ascertaining truth by them. This is the sole reason why these false dogmas must be rejected before the light of true reasoning can penetrate the static intellect of beliefs. My site is indeed the best place to begin this reasoning process.

Hello okiejack - January 26, 2000
Singhvj, I appreciate your offer to save me. However, I already have a savior and am satisfied.
  1. Vj ~ A Muslim, a Jew, a Hindu, etc., are also saved according to their own faiths, if you truly believe you are saved because of a messiah, you must also believe that they too are saved because of theirs. On the other hand, if they are not saved, then you also are not saved. It is difficult to prove them wrong, when you are 'saved' by the same principle, however different the mediator might be of race, nationality or creed.

I have no need for your personal opinion. Nor do I need your abuse.

  2. Vj ~ That's fine with me, but don't look at it as an abuse to instigate prejudice but one as fostering truth for your own good.

So, go your way prideful human. As for me and my house we will follow Jesus the Christ the Son of the One True Living GOD.

  3. Vj ~ He cannot be the true living God, if he forbids you to investigate the tenets of other religions. Above all such a God could never be consistent when it comes to advocating one truth.

But, I will pray that your eyes are opened and your ears will hear

  4. Vj ~ If your prayer can be that effective, then you should waste it on the deaf, dumb and blind Christians around. Even Christ's vicar, the Pope cannot cure his own pains by his own prayers, how are yours going to do justice for anyone else. So stop kidding yourself my friend and seek true knowledge, for only such knowledge can teach you what prayer is all about.

and that you will finally accept the truth

  5. Vj ~ The truth must be in harmony with reasoning and science and it must conform with the immutable laws of nature. Christianity is breach to all three, and therefore, is false. Christ can never come back from the dead, for no dead person can come to life, that is a law, unchangeable.

    Hello sonnysmom - January 26, 2000
VJ, with all your intellectual insight, you haven't actually said anything.

  6. Vj ~ Perhaps, but then again your static intellect could never grasp “anything” logical.

You don't grasp the concept, that's why you struggle so with the idea that someone could love us so much that He WOULD give something away for nothing.

  7. Vj ~ The concept is not only a breach to the attributes, nature and Characteristic of an Omniscient God, but it breaches His immutable laws of nature also. The ignorant believers of false religions will never be able to grasp the true concept of the one true religion if they are constantly bugged down by a notion that they would eventually be saved without any effort on their part. We strive for perfection in our daily lives and expect rewards by our efforts, it can be no different when it comes to salvation. Nothing is free. It is fools who indeed sit back hoping all the good things of life will fall in their laps and if there is God that fills those laps then he is a bigger fool.

Oh, and God cannot "run out" of anything.

  8. Vj ~ Since some are born mute, blind or maimed, etc. and the havoc of natural disasters, diseases, wars and crimes are rampant, it seems to me there is already a "run out" on mercy and compassion.

The reason so many people refuse the free gift of salvation is that they cannot grasp onto the fact that they don't have to do anything for it.

  9. Vj ~ The many who refuse such free gifts are indeed sensible people, since they are not foolish in the first place to put their trusts in freebees. What would happen if everyone quit working hoping to win a lottery? The same chaos awaits those who believe salvation is a free gift.

People ARE used to "working" for things. Salvations doesn't work that way

  10. Vj ~ There is order and happiness only when one achieved what they have worked for; when there is a breach to this order, some one is penalized because they achieved it by foul means. The same can be said of salvation, it must be earned and not acquired foolishly.

Also, as far as God not needing Jesus, and the Holy Spirit to help Him? Jesus and the Holy Spirit ARE God. It's all God doing the work in three different forms. The trinity is another difficult concept for our mere mortal brains to fathom.

  11. Vj ~ If you had a brain you would have probably been able to fathom that it is three different beings. Where was God and Jesus, when the Holy Ghost was impregnating Mary? If Jesus is God, how could he be the son and father at the same time. "Father why hast thou forsaken me" now who was God Jesus talking to, when he was the father himself?

Yeah, there will be a whole lot of unseemly people in Heaven, made white as snow by His blood! Quite trying to intellectualize faith.

  12. Vj ~ You are ignorant and your faith is blind because of it. It is the law of nature that people die and neither can come back to life here nor in heaven. It means there is no heaven either, since all things created, our universe, the bodies, your heaven, your soul and your Jesus, all must die.

Hello _WARAngel -
    Erm Singh...you are a fool.
  1. Vj ~ Sounds heavenly to me, since even a fool gains salvation.

You're rhetoric, the little that I have seen is typical of the wisdom of this world.

  2. Vj ~ What would you know of wisdom of this world, when it is not a requirement for salvation?

But in answer to your last paragraph I submit this Eph 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. (KJV)

  3. Vj ~ Your Bible is the word of a God, who created one man and a woman, thereby projecting incest to be a moral action, which obviously could not with stand the test of the ages and is now immoral. This is not the act of an Omniscient God, and therefore, the Bible is nothing but pure rubbish, meant only to mislead.

I think that if you are to continue arguing and attempting to fit the Creator of the Universe into your own finite little paradigm, you are a greater fool than I imagine

  4. Vj ~ It is Christians who confined an all-perfect and all-wise Creator to the act of breaching His own attributes and His own immutable laws of nature. Sometimes I really wonder if Christians were meant to have brains since it is not necessary for salvation. Furthermore, the God you worshipped, is even more brainless, when he could have created Christians and send them directly to heaven, saving himself the agony of Satan's wrath on his people and leading to the crucifixion of his own son, et.

Ps 14:1 1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. (KJV)

  5. Vj ~ A Hindu, a Jew, a Muslim all says there is a God, but they are not going to your heaven, so why the injustice towards atheists?

Cor 1:26-27 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27

  6. Vj ~ Wise men are not called because they know your religion is false, on the other hand, it is fools by quantity, are called to fill the order of false dogmas today.

1 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; (KJV)

  7. Vj ~ Is this why Satan (the foolish) confounds your God (mighty) and Christ (the wise)?

    Hello new..moon - January 26, 2000
VJ, The problem with your point of view is that you are looking at the situation from a physical point of view, and not a spiritual.

  8. Vj ~ How could I see spirituality when everything is physical in false dogmas, man as god, miracles, holy objects (holy land, holy book, churches, the cross, holy grail, shrines, etc.)? It is fools who dwell on the tangible to seek their gods, not the wise.

Whatever we do, it is only action and only influences the physical environment. All it does is cause energy to flow through physical molecules differently

  9. Vj ~ Energy will flow, even without the physical, it makes no difference in seeking spirituality, when it is done by proper reasoning guided by the correct knowledge

God already owns the physical universe; whatever we do is not going to change that.

  10. Vj ~ So why are you trying to change His laws, when he Himself cannot breach them? He may own and sustain the physical universe, but it is Christians and those of other false dogmas who pollute it through ignorance.

He doesn't value our actions from the physical benefits, but from the benefits on our souls; which are not permanent.

  11. Vj ~ How is possible for the soul to benefit, without physical actions. It is through our sense of organs, actions are performed, and by these actions the soul reaps the fruits of its actions.

As we increase in regret for our actions or change our desire, then the state of our soul has been totally changed

  12. Vj ~ The soul cannot change by regret, only by activities superior to what has led to regret. To regret something while still immersed in dense ignorance can never be the way out of misery.

    THIS is what God values;

  13. Vj ~ Then your God is a bigger fool than you are, since he should know better.

    true union as this can only come from will from both the creature and creator;

  14. Vj ~ True union can only come by the practice of Yoga (the one true religion) and no other way. God is All-pure and All-wise and to be united with Him one cannot be impure (eating cows) or be ignorant (lack of true knowledge), by following false doctrines.

which is why trials and paths are used to send the soul off through use of the physical universe.

  15. Vj ~ There are no trials and paths to emancipation. There is only one true path

Hello GOYPADI - February 01, 2000
singh....you take one scripture and determine from it that there is no forgiveness for sin. Pathetic!
  1. Vj ~ It is even more "pathetic" when it is taken from the very scripture, ( "And then he shall reward every man according to his works." Matt14: 27.), that professes it while contradicting ("Repent and ye shall be saved.") it at the same time.

There is a difference between quoting Scripture and speaking truth.

  2. Vj ~ There is also a difference in believing what is truth and knowing what is truth. Truth can never be determined by Christianity alone since it doesn't have all the answers.

Even satan quotes Scripture for his purpose.

  3. Vj ~ And in spite of it, he became wicked. If an angel (Lucifer) can become wicked and be thrown out of heaven, what guarantee is there that this scripture can prevent a mere human on earth from becoming wicked.

    Hello new__moon - February 01, 2000
I agree with you. The two biggest mistakes made by religious sects is to define God as a being limited to the physical reality He created, or as a form of energy which man can manipulate; a very practice which transposes the ego of the supposed practicioner.

  4. Vj ~ If your knowledge is not from the same source as mind, then it cannot be a valid agreement.

Why do you now make the same mistakes as those you have sited? The soul gains it's benefits in the soul's reality, not in the body's.

  5. Vj ~ We will only know that when I hear your source of the soul and its origin

One's benefits come from God for desiring him instead of the universe; that is the only true way to justice, for the flesh perishes.

  6. Vj ~ The desire only comes when you know (the origin) of the material cause of His universe.

Seeking the true path, which is yoga, islam, the holy spirit, internally; different prescribed actions have been given by different prophets to best fit the people's coming to yoga throughout mankind's history.

  7. Vj ~ Yoga cannot be the message of a Prophet, since a prophet (righteous man) must become one by its practice.

It is regretting past actions and hence the erasing of stain from the soul, the desire to have life in the flesh.

  8. Vj ~ Sin cannot be erased, the soul must reap the fruits its actions (virtuous and sinful) that it sowed through its bodily functions.

Hello WARAngel - February 01, 2000
Singh, there is much to be said about a person that abuses others as you do...the words, coward..yellow stripe and a few other 'colorful one's' come to mind
  1. Vj ~ There is even a lot more to say of one's weaknesses to abuses. If it is meant for man's happiness, then it is obvious you and those affected by abuses, your religion is not serving its true purpose in offering the protection from them.

You point is moot, in that you have never examined Christianity from a true perspective....only from what you're carnal mind and the carnal minds of other 'thinkers' such as your self perceive it to be

  2. Vj ~ I am merely expressing "the true perspective" through your Holy Bible, the carnal mind of your God who did not act wisely by not preventing the immoral act incest (Cain, Lot, etc.).

If you want to believe that your uncle was a monkey ...go ahead.....if you want to believe that you are an accident....be my guest....you will never be able fathom the depths of anything because you're own ego is so large, I could scratch it from across the atlantic ocean......

  3. Vj ~ Had you taken a look at my site, you would have easily guessed that I am not an atheist, but the one who belongs to the one true religion. The ego you speak of, belongs rightfully to you and others who have failed to ascertain truth by honest and impartial inquiries of other faiths.

To all other believers in the Lord Jesus Christ I thin okiejack has the right approach, and I would seriously recommend shaking the dust off your shoes and leaving this anti-christ to his own devices.

  4. Vj ~ Perhaps if you could ever gather the courage to make further inquires you might be surprised to know that being anti-christ is a good thing. For one, it is a direct violation of the Omniscient God' attributes and natural laws for anyone to come back from the dead, even Christ.

    Hello IXTHUS - February 01, 2000
Vijai, I was just wondering how many converts you have made to your religion via this post, or any like it?

  5. Vj ~ Converts are for false religions because there is neither a call for reasoning or logic nor knowledge or wisdom. The fact is, in my heaven fools are forbidden.

You seem to enjoy battering people more than you want to reach them. Are you really interested in others, or more interested in placing yourself above others by stomping on them?

  6. Vj ~ It is the natural way of truth to batter and stomp fools who dwell in ignorance.

Those who claim to have come into contact with the truth usually want to bring others to that truth. Those who don't have the truth, but claim to, usually end up battering others. Which one are you?

  7. Vj ~ I am one that has found the truth that batters fools. Now that you know what are you going to about your foolishness?

    You may feel satisfied with your system of belief with its self-contained logic, but I'm curious if you have won any to your religion;

  8. Vj ~ I am already a winner by my own wisdom, and whoever is sensible to seek this truth can also become a winner. This is not a faith where multitude decides its authenticity, but where reasoning and logic prevail at all times.

you seem to be a very ugly person to everyone here.

  9. Vj ~ Very true because it is the nature of truth to ridicule idiots. If I weren't, it would not have been truth, but something illogical that would make fools happy, and me, a nice guy.

Do you enjoy placing yourself at a vantage point where you can look down on others to win their hatred and contempt?

  10. Vj ~ "Hatred and contempt" are the fruits of ignorance and it is rightfully the position of the wise to always look down on ignorance and expose it for the common good of all mankind.

Do you do this so that you can kick and scratch and fight them?

  11. Vj ~ It is fools like you who "kick and scratch and fight" (complain), which is rightfully the nature of ignorance, instead of trying to reason to ascertain what is truth from falsehood. Have you investigated my faith at all to see what good it can do for you or those you are defending?

Is your religion more a mask that you hide behind so that you can pistol-whip people with words?

  12. Vj ~ No, but a false religion is the "mask" fools (Christians) hide behind, hoping to be saved by some other fool (Christ), who probably never existed in the first place and never could in the future either.

You seem to want to reach people, for you have a web-site for that purpose. Perhaps you are hiding behind it too?

  13. Vj ~ My purpose is to propagate what is true, by meaningful dialogue through critical thinking and if you are offended by it so be it since even God has no cure for a fool.

You might want to try a different approach, Vijai, if you are truly concerned for others.

  14. Vj ~ If only you had the slightest idea of what truth is, like me, you would know that there is no other way. A surgeon too, must perform surgery though the methods are painful, what other choices are there? The same with the wise.

But, in the likely event that you are not, go right ahead and continue on doing what you have been doing, and you can delight in the truth all by your lonesome pitiful self!

  15. Vj ~ There is nothing like "pitiful self" or "lonesome" in wisdom. It is true knowledge that frees one of all discomforts in life while ignorance is the cause of them. You cannot love others if you have no love for yourself, and one steep in ignorance like yourself, knows not what is love.

    Hello Hawthorn - February 01, 2000
singhvj: Hello! As a non-believer, I'd like to take a shot at giving you an answer. Let's first look at the function of Reward and Punishment on the human level. Whether it be within the work-place, or in civil law, or in parenting or even pet-owning, it seems to me that the primary purpose of Reward and Punishment is Corrective Measure. We look for Right Behavior, both in practice and as an ideal - and to this end we set examples , offer guidelines and set boundaries. If the one we are teaching, or coaching is performing less than satisfactorily, then some sort of punishment is called for to get him/her back on track. When that is achieved, then a reward is offered. And hopefully, the experience is learned, the individual understands the error that was made, and now can grow to be a fuller human being (or a well-behaved pet).
  1. Vj ~ I could not agree more with you. I hope the others on this board read this response. It is certainly a case of what you sow that is what you reap. Like wise when one commits a crime he is expected to be punished and depending on how serious this crime is, the punishment must fit it.

Now, in the case of Reward and Punishment in the after-life, obviously the purpose could not be Corrective Measure - you're dead, that's it.

  2. Vj ~ Here is where I differ, because you haven't investigated far enough to know what lies ahead for the soul. There are those who are born in luxury and those in poverty, if such a difference be acts of random chances, then it is an injustice. There are rewards and punishments, if not there would be no incentive to do or be good, or nothing to deter us from sinful actions.

And in fact in the Christian cosmology, those who are punished are punished for eternity. To what purpose?

  3. Vj ~ And those who accept Christ gains eternal heaven also. There is no logic behind any of this, since what is finite (created) can never exist for all eternity. Whatever has a beginning, (finite, created or non-eternal) must perish it is a law.

The Christian God is pissed at them; really no other reason is ever given.

  4. Vj ~ The Christian God was pissed even before he created the universe. Lucifer who defied him in heaven was thrown out, and to make matters worst even Adam and Eve disobeyed him.

And we're told that this god "loves us". Parents DO love their children. Do they punish them with absolutely no intention of ever forgiving them?

  5. Vj ~ He even punishes them (children) for no fault of their own. He is even unjust to punish those in regions who never heard of Christ.

Does the baseball team owner WANT to give a weaker member less money, or is he rooting for the guy to get better; and wouldn't he gladly give him a higher wage upon improving?

  6. Vj ~ Very true, but in Christianity ask for forgiveness and salvation is yours without any effort to make improvements.

The question isn't really why would this loving, superior being want to allow in a fool, but WHY NOT?

  7. Vj ~ Make sense, since God is a fool, why would he want anyone else but a fool?

    Hello tatiana_may - February 01, 2000
    God loves us all.

  8. Vj ~ Tell that to the innocent destitute children of the world. Is it love to flood the whole world, killing innocent children and creatures? Is it love to kill every first-born of Egypt? Is it love to kill 70,000 in Israel? Is it love to create one man and one woman, so that Cain can have sex with his own sister?

He sent his only son for everyone.

  9. Vj ~ How about those before Christ? How about those in remote regions who never heard of Christ?

How can you measure a man's worth when man's wisdom is like foolishness to God?

  10. Vj ~ If a man's wisdom is foolishness to God, then your God is a fool. This is exactly what makes Christians fools also, especially when they are confronted with true knowledge or a faith in harmony with reasoning, science and in conformity with the natural laws.

Hello Hawthorn - February 26, 2000
If you'll allow; I think that we are sort of "hard-wired" towards Good. Most people don't follow laws out of fear of retribution, but out of a sense of duty - a desire to do what's right.
  1. Vj ~ It is not those who have a sense of duty of doing what is right that fear the laws, but those who are bent on breaching it. They always do it in fear of being caught and similarly many of them would refrain from committing crimes in fear of the punishment.

(It's like the example of someone sitting at a red light at 3AM when there's no traffic.)

  2. Vj ~ And you may also know that there are few who would not sit at a traffic light at that time of the night. It is not because you are not doing it, that others aren't doing it, and it is not because you won't do it that others weren't restrained by fear of being caught.

Do you refrain from killing people because you fear spending the rest of your life in prison, or doesn't it go much deeper?

  3. Vj ~ Again, while the laws are for everyone, it is only the criminal-minded needs to fear, and if there is deterrence it is because of the penalty.

but we clearly have a DESIRE to do what is Right, what is Fair, what is Healthy etc. And all of this seems to supercede religion.

  4. Vj ~ If we all have a desire to do what is right, there would been no need for laws, but since there are a few who has no desire for it, then the laws are there to protect the innocent by punishing the guilty.

Folks of all faiths seem to share this, as do total Atheists.

  5. Vj ~ True religion is the source of ethics and morals and all sciences, without divine instructions of punishment or rewards, man would have no need to abstain from sin or practice virtue.

be Reward or Punishment awaiting us? Or, is the idea of Reward and Punishment only a PRESUMPTION, based upon our desire for fairness - that DESIRE which is more or less part of parcel of the Human psyche?

  6. Vj ~ If our own laws determine punishment for criminal activities, and rewards for the innocent by protecting them, then why is it too far-fetched to assume that sin also brings its punishment while virtue, rewards of happiness in the end? Why does a child suffer when it is too young to sin? What is your answer for such injustice to an innocent and pure soul if the cause is not sinful actions in a past life.

And then we have the question of wealth and poverty. First off, let's not forget that the "Randomness" which we perceive because we are too close to it may in fact be a wonderful Symphony when viewed from the perspective of Deity.

  7. Vj ~ Wealth is reward, and if God rewards some and while depriving some for no fault of their own, then there is an injustice. God is just and therefore, it is the soul that reaps the fruits of its past actions sinful or virtuous.

And, let's not forget that the rich and the poor have very much the same concerns and cares and the same challenges -

  8. Vj ~ How could they have the same "challenges and concerns", when the poor has nothing to give?

To feel a Part of the Human Community and to Do Good. How they use the skills available to them, and how they avoid their own particular "evils" (say; power for the wealthy / robbery for the poor) will much more determine justice than some magistrate sitting up in a cloud

  9. Vj ~ God is all-pervading (knower of all). He sent us instructions for the benefit of rewards and the penalty for breaching His laws. We are independent to act in whatever way we choose, but are subjected to His justice in the end. What other reasons do you have for pain and misery and those who are free of it? It is not wrong to be what we are (theists, atheists) but it is wrong to continue to be one without the thorough investigations of all sources of knowledge to ascertain which is true.

    Hello Vanessa31 - February 26, 2000
Singh....I don't know if a fool can make a fool of God or not

  10. Vj ~ I just proved it to you that one who lives an unrighteous life and in the end begs for forgiveness and gains salvation, has indeed made a fool of God.

but I certainly know God can make a fool out of man.

  11. Vj ~ True, especially the Christian God that grants forgiveness of sins to a fool.

Especially one who tries to build himself up while stooping low to do it.

  12. Vj ~ I see no problem since even this he can also be forgiven for.

In case you don't understand that statement it is putting others down to try to improve your image.

  13. Vj ~ If truth is my image and you are down, then you are offended for good reasons. In fact, one who pursues truth can never be put down. Besides it is impossible to put down one who is already down by one’s own ignorance.

What do you do when your bubble bursts??????

  14. Vj ~ It is those who are easily "put down" that have a bubble and when this truth bursts the bubble you are offended.

Hello Arianrhod_ap_Rhys - February 26, 2000
Unlike us fallible mortals, God doesn't have to worry about economics.
  1. Vj ~ Very true, but the God of the Bible do worry and many times acted out of fury to destroy the world and its inhabitants by fire and brimstone, floods, plagues and pestilences, etc. So he does worry even though it might not be economics.

And he's not rewarding people, he's giving us a gift.

  2. Vj ~ You are an idiot, if you think a gift is not a reward.

Sometimes even the best parents get both good and bad kids, but they don't love one more or less, and they try to give them all the same kindness AND discipline.

  3. Vj ~ What kind of parents would discipline a good child? It is discipline that makes a child good, and it is because of kindness that discipline is necessary. Similarly when one is punished it is for their own good, as well as for the good of others. But to forgive instead of discipline, then there would be no incentive to be good. For this reason, God cannot forgive sins, since His justice must prevail in that a man reaps what he sows, nothing more and nothing less.

God has no need to inspire competition among His children --

  4. Vj ~ It is not a matter of competition, but knowing what is consisted of truth. The winner of a race and the loser of the same race cannot reap the same rewards, and similarly a wise man with effort and a fool without any effort cannot reap the same salvation.

He wants all of us, not just the best and brightest, and He doesn't encourage "survival of the fittest" among us.

  5. Vj ~ Then why are there stupid and intelligent beings. What university would hire a teacher unconcern of his stupidity or intelligence? Similarly, God being All-wise would be concern of wisdom, not stupidity.

When scrutinized from a Christian point of view, your proposal doesn't make any sense.

  6. Vj ~ How would it make sense if you are an idiot? Try to reason with logic instead and then try to discuss.

    Hello clark789 - March 04, 2000
The answer to your question is in the Parable of the Laborers in the Vineyard, Matthew 20:1-16.

  7. Vj ~ What kind of an answer would that be when the Parable was given by a bigger fool that gives "the same reward of heaven to both a fool and a wise man"?

    Hello Arianrhod_ap_Rhys - March 04, 2000
singhvj -- Whatever one thinks about another's beliefs, one should remain courteous, and attack the beliefs, not the person.

  8. Vj ~ How could belief propagates itself without the "person"?

I resent being called an idiot.

  9. Vj ~ I know, but it is intended for your own good?

I am polite until someone insults me --

  10. Vj ~ All the reason then why you should acquire this truth to free you, as it did to me, from insults.

I will try to remain courteous, but you are asking for it.

  11. Vj ~ Courtesy, as in your case, is artificial and it is the medium in which ignorance strives on. On the other hand, you are free to rant and rave, it has only positive effect on the wise.

How does acting out of fury have anything to do with economics?

  12. Vj ~ It is best to ask your God who acted in fury to destroy innocent people, by flood, famine, plague, fire and brimstone. Again you can ask yourself, if Christ can feed thousands with a few loaves of bread and fish, how was it good economics? What idiot would have wanted to be a baker or a fisherman then?

    YOU are an idiot.

  13. Vj ~ Thank you, I take it as a compliment since it is coming from a fool who needs a lot of help.

A gift is not a reward.

  14. Vj ~ Then pain and misery is not punishment either.

A reward is given as a positive response to a certain behavior. A gift needs no purpose.

  15. Vj ~ Now I have to down grade you further to a jackass who sees no purpose also. So why do we have gifts sharing at Christmas, Birthdays, Valentine's day, Mothers' day, etc. if there are no purpose?

I give my sister gifts all the time -- she doesn't deserve them, but I'm not giving them to her because she deserves them; I'm doing it out of love.

  16. Vj ~ I am quite sure you love others also, but rarely or perhaps never you give them gifts. So it is not only love, but because she is your sister, that she is rewarded.

And a gift given because you want something from the recipient is not a gift -- it's called a bribe.

  17. Vj ~ Then consider Christianity a bribe, because Christians want a free gift of salvation without ever working for it.

Likewise, God can both punish and forgive -- the two aren't mutually exclusive.

  18. Vj ~ If He forgives then He is contradicting Himself here - "And then he shall reward every man according to his works." Matt14: 27.

But Jesus died for us so that there wouldn't have to be any losers in this "race."

  19. Vj ~ And what about those before Jesus, and those (dead or alive) in very remote regions who have never heard of Jesus Christ? If they aren't losers, then who needs Christ?

Fools can't help what they are -- one shouldn't be barred from heaven because one hasn't a high IQ.

  20. Vj ~ If none should be barred, why is there such a place as hell? Again who needs Christ if fools can't help being what they are? I call you an idiot and you call me an idiot, we are both fools, perhaps we can't help it too, but according to you we are both going to heaven. So why do we need Christ when you can gain salvation like me (a fool) without Christ?

And fools have a hard enough time here on earth that they haven't "reaped the same reward" as wise men -- they'll suffer enough here. But they shouldn't suffer for eternity.

  21. Vj ~ You are indeed an idiot! How are fools having a hard time, when actually they do nothing, sit around lazily and have all the pleasures that money can buy, (drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.)? It only means they are rewarded twice, while the righteous must abstain, through the practice of austerity, from what fools enjoy to be rewarded only when they go to heaven.

God is God for crying out loud! He accepts us all --

  22. Vj ~ Then your God is a fool, if "He accepts us all", what is Hell for or why do I have to be a Christian? Your love of god is founded on pretence and your fear of the unknown is quite clear. This is what is called ignorance.

he's not the dean of a university; he doesn't care about intelligence.

  23. Vj ~ Such a statement can only come from an imbecile who desperately wants heaven without ever working for it and God would have to be even more foolish to let such an idiot in.

He cares about what's in your heart.

  24. Vj ~ What about those who had their hearts transplanted? When there are civil disobedience (persecutions, inquisitions, etc.) on earth because of fools and more so, in your helpless God's own presence, what makes you think that your heaven will be any different? If angels (Lucifer) can become wicked in heaven, why not mortal beings?

Again you call me an idiot, when you haven't even the command of the language to debate with me properly.

  25. Vj ~ I must be in command, since you are the one who is offended. Again if you weren't a total dunce you would have noticed that there is far better command in my language, than the one your Bible is written in.

"The God of the Bible do worry,"

  26. Vj ~ Then he is not God, since God is All-bliss and is void of unhappiness.

No thanks. I'm not going to visit your site.

  27. Vj ~ Fear I suppose! Compulsion being so, even God has no cure for a fool

You haven't answered any of my points -- do you even understand what I'm saying?

  28. Vj ~ The only answers a fool looks forward to is something as foolish as his questions. How can you then make sense of what the wise have to say?

Your site probably lacks logic and correct grammar just as your response did.

  29. Vj ~ You should feel at home then since your Bible is neither close to correct grammar nor logic.

Don't bother answering. I have no wish to discuss this any further with you, since you are rude and incapable of debating properly, and I will not be returning to this board.

  30. Vj ~ As usual, I understand since it is fools who are in the majority, but I thank you for your participation.

    Hello Gomez15 - March 14, 2000
    A few lines about the theory of {God}

  2. Vj ~ I have given you my whole site and yet you haven't grasp anything of my God, so what can you tell me in a few lines of your God.

The proof of God today is very much like the proof of the world being flat or round in the days before Columbus sailed the world.

  3. Vj ~ How unfortunate for those before Columbus to be deprived of the proof of God, since they couldn't sail the world.

There is no amount of beliefs or doubts that will make a difference in the reality or nature of what has not yet been proved!

  4. Vj ~ Then you must be well versed in all knowledge even in what is yet to come to know it won't make a difference.

I personally, or anyone else could be that "Columbus" that can say {I have been there and back} Go sail the seas of "reality" in one direction {only} and look, maybe you can see something that some people never see.

  5. Vj ~ But if you haven't investigated the other directions how would you know that the "one direction" is truly the one of "reality"?

    Hello bobww - March 19, 2000
First of all, not all go to heaven.

  6. Vj ~ Here comes another ‘scholar’! Why not? Who would be that stupid not to repent on judgment day to avoid the eternal lake of fire?

Only the saved (born again) go to heaven.

  7. Vj ~ So what about those before Jesus and remote regions who never heard of him? How could they be faulted for not knowing Christ?

It doesn’t cost anything to go to heaven.

  8. Vj ~ I am calling your a God a fool, since it takes a bigger fool to grant the same reward of heaven to both a wise man who worked for it by acquiring wisdom and a lazy fool who only asked for forgiveness in the end.

You had better watch who you call a fool. You are one! A very big one.

  9. Vj ~ Great! then I am safe. You are an idiot to believe that it is so easy when everything in life cost something, whether it be time, labor or money.

Jesus paid it all when He died for our sins.

  10. Vj ~ When it is all paid, why would a fool (criminal, adultery, etc.) need to worry?

The Bible is true, even if you don`t believe it.

  11. Vj ~ Adultery, incest, homosexuality and murder are not the deeds of righteous men and if your bible is true, then your heaven is for all.

    Hello tvc1500 - April 15, 2000
I see your point that diligence and hard work should be rewarded. They are I believe, both in this world and the next.

  12. Vj ~ How about before, the next and after the "next"?

As for God equally rewarding a diligent man or a fool equally though, I say this. I think the rules and values of this world don't translate so neatly into the next.

  13. Vj ~ Why "think" when you can get to know for certain if it does or not?

God's worst folly is wiser than the wisest man's wisdom.

  14. Vj ~ You must be the wisest man in the world, how else would you know this to be true? Besides if your god has follies, he cannot be God (All-perfect).

Hello richard_hayes5 - April 15, 2000
vj, Before you condemn yourself to the Lake of fire which God will create for all sinners.
  1. Vj ~ There is no lake of fire and you would be a fool to really believe that it exists. All things finite (created) must come to an end, it is a law that even if God breaches it, He cannot be deemed All-wise and All-perfect.

For a true Christian is one who believes in the writings of the entire bible and not just the new testament

  2. Vj ~ This is what worries me, the whole bible is nothing but rubbish, (vulgarities and obscenities). A "true Christian" is therefore a complete fool.

Don’t let satan deceive you by the use of ignorant (of the word of God that is) for God will not allow any filth in his Kingdom which will be in Jerusalem.

  3. Vj ~ The "filth" are Abraham, David Solomon, etc. who committed adultery, Lot, incest, Moses murder and if they are in your kingdom no intelligent person will want to be a part of it.

All bible scripture are backed up by other scripture not opinions.

  4. Vj ~ It is back up by hypocrites, adulterers, murderers, homosexuals, etc. - how genuine can their opinions be?

All I ask is that you check us out.

  5. Vj ~ I already did - here is my answer

Singhvj, Only a fool would believe that he's coming back as a cow but let's talk about the God of the Holy Bible.

  6. Vj ~ Only a fool would believe that animals have no soul either, and that to be relegated to such conditions is divine justice for the sin of worshipping a false God (Christianity.

It is commonly taught by today’s Christians that God loves everyone and will forgive everyone both the fool and the wise man.

  7. Vj ~ If a man is wise what is he supposed to be forgiven for? On the other hand should a fool be forgiven, then Jesus is also a fool for saying "And then he shall reward every man according to his works." Matt14: 27.

keep worshipping your cows and monkeys

  8. Vj ~ If I am a fool for doing so, then your god would forgive me, won’t he?

and when the lord places the so called atheist in the fire pray to your cows in see if it answers you.

  9. Vj ~ It is better to be an atheist than a hypocrite (Christian).

Who is a wise man? He who fear God and keeps his commandments.

  10. Vj ~ On the contrary, a fool is one who fears God, because he does not know God, while because of wisdom, the wise knows God and therefore has no fear. If there is a lake of fire, fools like you would be most deserving of it.

    Hello Pvaaunle - April 15, 2000
If that manager did the action and all other actions out of a desire to live righteously according to the righteousness of God and The Lord Jesus Christ. God would make his team to prosper.

  11. Vj ~ That would depend on what your Bible's concept of righteousness is. Since your prophets were guilty of adultery, homosexuality, murder and incest, it simply means they can have a whale of time and still be rewarded with heaven.

Maybe you should get to know Jesus, it will give you a much broader prospective to rationalize from.

  12. Vj ~ I already know him. It is the reason I am better off with a faith that grants no forgiveness, which means I cannot commit any of these shameful acts and still be rewarded with heaven. It would be in your best interest to know of my faith, if it is the only means of confirming that Jesus did exist.

    Hello stormysam1 - April 17, 2000
May I ask what you know about Thw Holy Qu'ran,

  13. Vj ~ Sure, check here for my views on your Koran.

because by your comments you have very little knowledge of Allah or his Paradise.

  14. Vj ~ Enough to know that your Allah dwells in ignorance and that you are no better off for believing in him.

    Hello Pvaaunle- April 17, 2000
There is only one righteousness and that is God's Righteousness.

  15. Vj ~ That would depend on which God we are speaking of since God is entirely the opposite of your God.

From your remarks about what the disciples of Christ did I realy don't think I would want to be involved with your faith.

  16. Vj ~ Why not? We have no Judas (traitor), no Abraham, Solomon, David, (adulterers), no Moses (murderer), no Cain or Lot (incest). Unless you are guilty of these immoral actions also and still expects the reward of salvation like them.

Were you there to observe their behavior or are you basing it on your own life?

  17. Vj ~ No it is based on your Bible which you should read some time.

You always want to remember what God says not what man says. God will not be mocked.

  18. Vj ~ Unfortunately it is the Bible that is a mockery to an Omniscient God, and those who follow it are nothing but shameless.

Jesus said that His Disciples were keeping Gods words.

  19. Vj ~ Simon Peter denied him thrice while Judas betrayed him. Is that in keeping with God's words?

I will pray that The Holy Spirit will enlighten you to the only Truth. Gods Truth. He loves you and it's His Desire that you see that love in The gift of His Son for your salvation. All you have to do is receive the gift

  20. Vj ~ You need to pray for your god for he is weaker than I am. It will take a complete idiot to put his trust in a God who acted like a thug by sending floods, pestilences, fire and brimstones, etc to kill innocent men, women and children. Is that what you call love?

Hello Pvaaunle - April 18, 2000
I pray that The Holy Spirit of God will take you to The foot of the cross
  1. Vj ~ I will let you know if it worked, perhaps you may want to try it on the lottery next time.

as He looks down upon those who nailed there and says forgive them Father for they know not what they do.

  2. Vj ~ He also asked "Father why has thou forsaken me?" Some savior, he couldn't even save himself how would he be able to save anyone else?

It was not God’s desire to destroy those people but their desire to destroy God that brought the curse upon them.

  3. Vj ~ Tell me how can an innocent child desire to destroy God?

    He is truly just.

  4. Vj ~ If He is just why then is the 'innocent and holy' Pope suffering with incurable and painful diseases?

His heart was breaking as those events took place.

  5. Vj ~ If he has a heart, then he is human and not God.

If you are a father or a mother think of how hard it was for Him to sacrifice His own Children.

  6. Vj ~ Well I know for sure that I am a lot wiser than your God, because as a Father I will not punish.

    Hello Jewelled-Spirit- April 19, 2000
Was God's heart breaking when he slaughtered the first-born in Egypt?

  7. Vj ~ When even God Himself suffers from broken-heartedness, how is it possible for him to cure the broken hearts of Christians?

Perhaps you think, "Well, Pharaoh was warned - He could have avoided all that by letting the Jews go. It was not God, but Pharaoh's stubborn will that caused the death of the innocent." But that would be wrong:

  8. Vj ~ It is wrong because God is supposed to be All-wise and should know best.

The God you believe in kills babies and innocent people. I don't know how you can believe that a compassionate and just God would shed the blood of the innocent.

  9. Vj ~ Very simple, it weren't their babies.

Gnostics believe that the God of the Hebrews is an evil, jealous, destructive God - who is corrupted by false delusions that He is the One.

  10. Vj ~ True He is the one, who sent Christ also where the dark ages of Christianity speaks for tyranny, murder and barbarism and even worst he also sent Islam, where no man, and even muslims themselves, are not at peace until now.

I am not a gnostic, but I think their description of the Biblical God is pretty accurate.

  11. Vj ~ Make sure that what ever you believe in, is in harmony with reasoning and science and conforms with the immutable laws of nature, only then truth can be ascertained.

Hello Pvaaunle - April 20, 2000
I too asked these same questions and made the same comments.
  1. Vj ~ But yet you have failed to shake the shackles of brainwashing.

I traveled into the road of transcendental meditation had some out of body experiences, but I was always left with a great big empty hole in the heart of me that knew I was nowhere.

  2. Vj ~ If the intent was to put something good in your brains (intellect) instead of your heart, it probably would have worked.

I had failed suicide twice and was about to go get out a shot gun that I had for the last and sure to be successful attempt.

  3. Vj ~ There have been numerous instances where suicidal tendencies were reported by others also in other religions.

Well from somewhere inside me came out the words God help me.

  4. Vj ~ And their God, also came to their aid.

I was an atheist, I didn't believe in anything. My unbelief didn't stop Him. He came, picked me up off the floor set me on the couch and flooded me through out with a peace and assurance that I had never before known and my life has never been nor will ever be the same again.

  5. Vj ~ Now the very same happened to the others, and they too came to terms with their own savior.

If your god can do that for you and others who will believe in Him and accept His gift then by all means serve your god.

  6. Vj ~ But Jesus says, "I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life, NO ONE comes to the FATHER except through ME" John 14:6", how would the others to get to heaven if they are told to serve their own God?

If not, use your intelligence to search, with an open mind, for The One and Only True and Living God.

  7. Vj ~ I have done THAT, but you are not listening. It is impossible to find "The one and Only True and Living God, without the thorough and impartial investigations of the others.

If your mind is truly open, and you have set aside all your preconceived ideas of all this God business, then I can assure you that the moment He perceives your honesty He will find you wherever you are.

  8. Vj ~ Very true, but how do you know that you have found the one true God when you don't know of the others?

I look forward to the day when you tell me that you have been to the foot of the cross.

  9. Vj ~ If only you knew what I know, it would be best not to ever be at the foot of the cross.

    Hello unclejh - April 23, 2000
No, but a fool can make a fool of himself. if one compares a man with a God, it is like comparing an apple with a horse. It is not a sensible or valid comparison.

  10. Vj ~ So far you are good example - by your own words "It is not a sensible or valid comparison."

I am not a Christian. But Christ is like Gandhi, they preach non-violence in their approach to a solution.

  11. Vj ~ Preaching non-violence is one thing, practicing it is another. I don't see how flesh eating (Christ's diet) is non-violent.

Turn the other cheek is the basis of the new testament. No matter what religion, do they not preach love?

  12. Vj ~ If love is the necessity for universal peace, then who needs revelation (knowledge)?

Hello Pvaaunle - April 27, 2000
Jeweled, I wish you all the best in your search hope you find the real truth someday.
  1. Vj ~ Does this mean that you have already found it?

All Participants on this site. I was thinking about the question that identifies this site and it makes me chuckle.

  2. Vj ~ It would be worth while to first ascertain that you are not a fool, before you chuckle.

Of course a fool can't make a fool of God.

  3. Vj ~ Why not? If one who works diligently on the path of righteousness all his life verses a fool who was never righteous in his whole life but repents on the day of judgment and is assured heaven, the rewarder has to be bigger fool.

God knows every thought we think before we think it.

  4. Vj ~ Really, how come he allowed his son (Jesus) to be tempted by the devil?

Kind of hard to make a fool of someone who knows everything.

  5. Vj ~ That would mean that you also know everything, how else would you know that He knows everything.

We on the other hand don't have to try too hard to make fools out of ourselves.

  6. Vj ~ It doesn't seem that you have any problem in making your god out to be a bigger fool either.

    Hello PaulaGem - May 07, 2000
Of course, the fool is rewarded differently from a wise man...

  7. Vj ~ If a fool is, then there can be no forgiveness of sins, since that is what would give him rewards equal to a righteous man.

The fool only gets .0001% of infinite love and Grace, the Wise man gets 100% of infinite love and grace, multiply that out - N * infinity= oops! it doesn't make much difference does it?

  8. Vj ~ Certainly not to a fool!

    Hello Pvaaunle - May 10, 2000
Too bad that you don't have anything to offer but ridicule.

  9. Vj ~ Too bad you can't see that it is in the interest of one's own good.

You always have to make everyone but yourselves feel foolish, but you realy are the foolish ones.

  10. Vj ~ How can I feel foolish when you are the one that is affected by the ridicule. It is a case of the patient in disagreement with the doctor as to who is really sick.

God loves you so much that He Gave His only Begotten son for your life.

  11. Vj ~ Your God is unjust since he didn't express such love for those before or those in remote regions who never heard of Jesus Christ.

Without His son you are the walking dead.

  12. Vj ~ Do you have any idea who is really a walking dead? Here is an example - the Pope, stricken with painful diseases and he is the vicar of Christ. Can you imagine what awaits one who is not even that close?

Everyone is going to live forever so death is separation from God and His family.

  13. Vj ~ How is everyone going to live forever when "eternal" means "that without a beginning and without an end"? Since your soul was created, it had a beginning and therefore contradicts the meaning of the word eternal or forever.

Every one of you has a choice to make. The choices are well defined and available to everyone. Your choice is to decide where you will Spend eternity and has nothing to do with who else God makes this offer to.

  14. Vj ~ You are an idiot as those who wrote the Bible, having no idea that God sustains the Universe by natural laws which are unchangeable. He simple won't change His laws to fulfill the desire of a foolish Christian who is lazily awaiting the ‘free gift’ of salvation.

The truth of the matter is none of us deserve even the choice but He has given us that choice by the greatest act of love ever recorded in all the writings of man since the beginning of writing.

  15. Vj ~ And why did he not give such love or choice to those earlier whom he destroyed by flood, famine, fire and brimstone, etc.?

You can ridicule all you want to but it will not change one iota of the truth.

  16. Vj ~ And who says God has a cure for a fool?

beg you use your smarts and seek for Jesus with all you heart, soul, mind and strength and He will make Himself known to you.

  17. Vj ~ You should have pulled the trigger when you had the chance. Death is always better than to continue living in sin (Christianity). Christ was a human dead and gone as everyone else would be. Christians are living a false dream to think he is coming again.
Dialogue 19

Hello Pvaaunle - May 11, 2000
How fantastically you fulfill the written word. It is written that light reveals the darkness.
  1. Vj ~ Why should it be written, who wouldn't notice, except for the blind, when the sun comes up?

I wrote my post to everyone in general who posts on this site expecting exactly the kind of response that it got.

  2. Vj ~ So why did you write it in the first place if you knew ahead of the exact response? It seems like your God, you also know of everyone’s thoughts before they put in writing.

But you see Vj God still loves you and He always will.

  3. Vj ~ God loves those who loves themselves first. One who first seeks his true wisdom and then disseminate it to the less unfortunate. Christianity is a faith that lacks reasoning, contradicts science and a breach to the immutable laws of nature. The Bible is a complete disgrace to God when His name is connected to it. How can God love anyone of such a religion?

The story in The Bible about the rich man and the beggar begging for crumbs and being ignored by the rich one. Rich in the things of this world poor in the things of God would be one for you to consider. I would much rather see you in the place of the beggar than in the place of the rich man.

  4. Vj ~ Christianity is indeed void of wisdom, since without the rich the beggar would not have got even crumbs. If the poor is rich in the things of God, why is the poor in such pain and misery (begging and starving) because God made them so (no fault of their own)? If wealth was such a bad thing why did your God create it in the first place? The poor have nothing to give, but the rich who have so much to give, there is no reward or rewarded less than the poor. What a philosophy?

    Hello Pvaaunle - May 12, 2000
It is so much easier to believe in THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE AND LIVING GOD than in what you expound.

  5. Vj ~ The Moslems and Jews says the same of their "ONE AND ONLY TRUE AND LIVING GOD" also, so what makes your God true and their's not. If you say the NT, they can argue the same with the Q'uran and Torrah.

Just remember this, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Is Lord.

  6. Vj ~ According to the Muslim Q'uran and Jewish Torah, an eternal lake of fire awaits the infidels and the satanic (you) too. I guess you are in a bind because either way it is hell for you.

So it really doesn't matter how frightened you are of that truth or how hard you try to change it for something else your knee will bow and your tongue will confess His Lordship so why wait?

  7. Vj ~ Come to think of it the voice that told you not to pull the trigger, was your own. It simply means you are coward and I need not tell you the faith that awaits a coward. However, it is never too late so why not begin the journey to true religion.

    Hello Pvaaunle - May 13, 2000
Like I said, too bad you don't have something to offer.

  8. Vj ~ That would depend on what you are looking for. On the other hand, being brain-dead isn't exactly looking for an offer.

Your sarcasm and criticism can't do anything to me but if it helps you then I am glad.

  9. Vj ~ My sarcasm is meant for your own good, but if you can't see it that way then the compelling force of ignorance is indeed mighty.

You have a savior who loves you and wants you to spend eternity with Him and He says that you can't even imagine nor can your mind conceive of the good things He has in mind for you.

  10. Vj ~ He couldn't save himself how is it possible to save anyone else. "Father why hast thou forsaken" this sounded like a desperate man in need of help.

That’s quite an offer and sure glad that I came from that darkness into the light.

  11. Vj ~ Weren't we all in the womb (darkness) at one time too and happy to be born (light)? Truth is not determined by belief alone, but a knowledge in harmony with reasoning and science. Any idiot sitting on his/her brain waiting for some else to save him/her is indeed in serious trouble.

What the other books say or for that matter what the Jews or Moslems say have nothing to do with Gods desire for all of us really is.

  12. Vj ~ How would you know that idiot, if you don't know what the other books have?

By the way there are quite a number of Jews who realize who Christ is and you talk about a happy crew.

  13. Vj ~ That does not prove anything, since there are many Christians who have abandoned Christianity for Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, etc.

But it always has been and always will be a matter of choice.

  14. Vj ~ Truth is one and there can be no choice. If the Bible stood for one truth, then it is amazing how Christians can be so confused to be divided into so many sects, each their own assumption on how the bible should be interpreted. Christ is indeed going to have a serious problem to sort out who is right if you idiots ever get to this 'heaven'. I still say hell is a better place to be since it is only one evil lead to it.
Dialogue 20

Hello Pvaaunle - May 14, 2000
Your statement about Him not being able to save Himself is an indication that you only take the part of the story that you can use to make fun of and accuse with.
  1. Vj ~ I will repeat "Father why hast thou forsaken me" - sounds like a man in desperation fighting for his life. If it is fun, it is by his own words, not mine.

He could have called for legions of Angels at any time He wanted to.

  2. Vj ~ Sure, and where are these “legions” of angels now? If there are angels it seems that Lucifer (Satan) is the only one who is actively doing his job.

He had so much of The power of God within Him that when He asked those who came to take Him, whom they sought they fell over backwards.

  3. Vj ~ And why weren't those who nailed him to the cross didn't fall "over backwards" while on their ladders. Don't you think that this God and his angels are cowards to make the enemies fall over backwards only at the time of arrest instead of the time of crucifixion? Have you ever heard of something call reasoning? Perhaps not, being an idiot it is quite impossible.

He went to that cross for our sakes because if He didn't under God's righteous Judgement we would be destined for eternal punishment for our sins.

  4. Vj ~ There is no such thing as eternal happiness (heaven) or eternal punishment (hell) even if he didn't die for that purpose. Finite actions cannot reap eternal rewards or punishment. It is a law, unchangeable which even God is not above and even if He is, then it wouldn't be appropriate for an All-perfect, All-perfect and All-wise God to breach His own laws and attributes just to please a bunch of fools who are too damn lazy to work for the rewards of salvation.

He took our judgment upon Himself and paid the penalty with His life. The penalty that all of us owed. When He did that our debt was marked paid in full.

  5. Vj ~ If our debts are paid in full by his death why do we need to be Christians? Many in regions who never heard of him couldn’t happier still, in spite of all the sins they have probably committed..

You have called us who believe Idiots and said that I should have pulled that trigger.

  6. Vj ~ It would have made a lot of sense, since you have prolonged your life to commit greater sins by believing in a false religion. The only other good benefit for wanting to live is the ambitious goal of seeking truth by doing thorough inquires of other faiths.

Is that all that you have to offer to those who read these posts.

  7. Vj ~ Yes, that is all a wise man can offer an idiot - an early death is the only prevention of further commitment of sins.

I haven't read anything from you that offers any hope for any kind of future

  8. Vj ~ As if you are looking for any other than the failure (Christianity) you assume to be true. I know you are stupid and I didn't think you were blind also. I have provided links over and over to true religionand if you can't read or think it is really not my problem.

    other than a cold grave.

  9. Vj ~ It is Christianity that not only provides "cold" graves but the foul smell of decomposition while dancing with worms until resurrection (judgment day). That could indeed be punishment worst than a fiery hell especially for those who have been there from the beginning of creation. Don’t you people have any brains at all?
