Crossed with my previous message. Let's plan for this coming week. Sounds like it's you, Phil, and myself attending the party.

>P.S. ARS 13-3102 Does NOT say they have to check your gun. Your complaint

I guess that depends on what legal premise they use for denying access. If they merely say they won't allow access because their rules say so, then you are right. If they quote 13-3102 A.10, as most places do, then that does require them to check it. The other question is, what is the penalty/charge for entering anyway? Criminal trespass? Or a weapons violation under 13-3102?

>3102. Suggest
>you bring a motorcycle helmet and tell them you have no secure way to

Either that, or tell them I rode the bus. Or, ask if they will escort me to and from my car and guarantee my safety while I am disarmed. I'm thinking the bus thing would be good. Hey, since the ticket is for no license (I've never had a driver's license, but travel as a matter of right), that would tie in nicely.

>weapon. Let me know if you want a copy of their rules. Call me. 419-2500

Do you have a scanner? I won't be back in Tucson until Sunday night or early Monday, but I'd love to read the rules before then. If you can scan it, please e-mail it to me. If it's a lot of pages, just the relevant section would be sufficient.
