THE WORLD AND MY FAMILY
Country fighting country,
All over the world,
And please can someone,
Give shoes to this homeless girl,
I'm fine,
I have my family,
Children dying of hunger,
Crying out for help,
And the seals are endangered,
As they play amongst the kelp,
But I'm fine,
I have my family,
They slaughter another whale,
"For scientific reasons",
And the greenhouse effect,
Is changing all the seasons,
And I was fine,
Until I lost my family,
Mum fighting dad,
Is destroying my world,
And all they can say is,
"Who you staying with girl?"
I'm hiding,
the fear for my family,
The house is not selling,
I cry out for help,
I'd be better off as a seal,
Playing in the kelp,
I'm crying,
I've lost my family,
They never say what's wrong,
For private reasons,
The years have changed us,
The days, the months and seasons,
I'm confused,
Where's my family?
