What is Document Delivery?

We supply documents (either hardcopy, or electronic copy) if you require an item for spy or research purposes. We will supply documents either from the Get Smart Spy Library or from another library if we do not hold the required item. Supplying items from another library is also called Interloans.

Charges

All expenses are met by the Get Smart Document Delivery Trust Fund.

Personal Use: Where the item is for personal use, all costs will be met by the individual requesting the item. Examples of likely costs are:

Hardcopy: $5.00

Softcopy: $3.00

Electronic copy: $1.50

Who is Eligible?

The Document Delivery service is available to mostly all active spies (except Moles) and nearly all Spies-in-training, except Child Spies.

Points to Remember

• Document Delivery requests must be related to spy-work or research for CONTROL. A fee will be charged for requests for material for personal use.
• We only supply documents of Security Level 3+ to active spies whose Membership Catagory is Local, Surviving, or Double Agent (Only to Double Agents who have served for 10 years or more).
  • Requests for these documents are only permitted through the Cone of Silence between 0700 and 1100 hours (NZT)
• Be careful not to let any items fall into the hands of K.A.O.S.
• Items *must* be returned by the due date - or renewed. After the due date the material will self-destruct .
• Do not use invisible ink or otherwise mark the borrowed material in any way.
