The Realm of the Fairy

''Fairies represent the child likeness
that is contained within the heart
and soul of each of us.
They represent the mystic,
the magic, play and fun.
They tell us that we don't need to grow up,
we just need to grow.
You don't have to be on a spiritual
path to believe in Fairies,
you just need to have a heart that can love...
to have just once in your life wished upon a star.''

I love fairies!
I like angels too,.
but somehow I seem to be able to relate better
to the simple little "naughty but nice" spirit
contained within these petite imaginary fairy characters.

I Remember...Me
I remember never-never land.
Cause I was never gonna grow
up to be that grown-up one.
I wanted to stay free...
my thoughts and me.
Never to roam from my
favorite toys, and all the joys
of being a little boy.
Then for some reason,
I saw that little boy again,
years later.... and so much
I wanted to go back and be
him once again.
A reflection of me...
A reflection of you...
Can we at least find
a way to keep the children
in the Peter Pan land...
so young, so innocent
and so alive.
They can live forever
things we forgot.
They can play with
toys we once threw away.
To roam forever and once
and for all of time to live
and never leave.......
never- never land.

Tinkerbell is my favorite little flying
creature
in the realm of fairyland..
She is so very neurotic and insecure
She is onstage dramatic.
She is busy....always so so busy.
She pouts so pretty.
She is not patient
She is spontaneous...
displaying her feelings
with no remorse.
Naughty but nice
Immature in the extreme
Will she ever grow up and behave properly?
Perhaps she reminds me a wee little bit of someone I know well?

Feelings are Everywhere...
Please be Gentle?
But don't forget to laugh and giggle
and play with butterflies and fairies along the way!

I have basked in the creative delight of adding this
Personal Thoughts section to Lindy's World of Feelings.
It allows me to express feelings through the use of images, music
and the wonderful dazzling world of color.
