A SPELL TO HELP YOU HEAL

The best time to perform this spell is whilst the moon is waxing.You can choose between, seashells, stones, flowers, or branches you gather that have already fallen from a tree.

Go to a secluded area or beach and arrange seashells or whatever you have in a circle at least five feet in diameter. Kneel in the center of the circle, face the ocean or forest. Light a blue candle(white will do) A stick of incense and place them before you. Raise your arms high, palms up in the air, in the traditional Witch way. Recite or chant *S* this poem or one of your choice.

Swirling smoke and flickering flame.

Goddess of the Stars, this be my aim.

Grandmother Moon above, Mother Earth below

Heal this Witch from head to toe.

Heal me outside, and from within.

Let the healing power begin.
