7TH NOVEMBER, 1961: Ref: G. L. Law 141(ii) "The Ist and 3rd can be conferred on only one candidate at a time and the 2nd on not more than 3 candidates at a time and not more than three degrees may he conferred at any one communication."
2ND JANUARY, 1962: Lodge Policy in regards to Brethren visiting other Lodges. "in future, mernbers of S. C. when visiting will represent the Lodge only and not G.L., unless they are past G. L. Officers, they will not be entitled to be saluted as representatives of G. L."
22ND OCTOBER, 1962: From G. L. Secretary "that no matter what Brother occupies the chair, whilst in the chair, he is addressed as W.M similarly in the case of other officers; it is the office which carries the title."
7TH APRIL, 1964: (1) G. L. reports, "that a tape recorder cannot be used in a Lodge room." (2) "Past Master Jewels must only be worn in accordance with G. L. Laws. 10 & 11." (3) "There is no such thing as a Masonic Funeral Service in the I.C. and that it is not lawful to hold such a funeral."
7TH JUNE, 1966: "That cash be counted after the close of each Communication in the presence of the Treasurer and Steward of Charities."
