Continuation

        "There is no end and no real beginning to life at a level which we cannot understand. It is a continuation of that which is and has been and will be. It is so difficult for most to think of eternity. We have calendars and end of year, and end of millennium, and new years and birthdays to help us be aware of time, but even with death, there is no end. It is simply a transference, moving into a different time and space in a different form. Because there is not evidence of this to many, it is a difficult concept to understand, and in fact, it is not truly understandable. The best way to look at this is to think in the sense of no time, or all time. Time is a subject that takes much exploration, but the concept of continuation can be explored in a limited way.

        We get very caught up in time and the past, present, and future of things and life. It is good to be aware of what has been and what one wants to do, but at the same time, almost like the background of a painting, we need to be aware of continuity. When a person leaves the earth plane, it seems an end, for on earth it is an ending of the person's presence and participation, but it is truly a continuation, a beginning. We grieve for a person, for companions in the animal kingdom, for that which can no longer be, but if one can understand or at least see the continuity of life, then the loss can be borne in a more comforting way.

        Inside the shell, inside the body, there is an awareness of continuity that is not always translated to conscious awareness or knowing. Trying to understand can sometimes slow down the process of this awareness being consciously known as there is so much that cannot be known on the earth plane. Watching the seasons of the earth and the continuity of earth can be a symbolic signal that there is a continuance. There is that which is done in a negative way toward earth and much that is destroyed by ignorance, but still earth progresses and changes and grows in its wisdom.

        Think about that which lasts. Think of love, think of results of actions taken to change things for the better. There is always the negative side of things, but the continuance and the continuity of good will continues on and on. Think about what you are contributing."
