Ribbon of Energy

        Inside each of you is an energy strand that links you with all other living beings. It is like an instrument that one can play, but it is an instrument that takes much skill. It is like the flowing of a ribbon of color. It can extend endlessly. What is the purpose of this ribbon of energy? Being one's self in a balanced way, without fear, but with courage, is an indicator that the energy is sent and shared. You have probably been aware that some people have a calming effect. This is a step above or beyond that. Working on courage in these times is something that comes with practice. As you face new worries and fears, it is important to always be aware of the inside place of calm. You can go there when all around you there is chaos or fear.

        Search for this inside place. Mentally, open a door to it. Take time from your busy schedules and look to see what is there. Calmness in these times is a necessary ingredient. Let the calmness grow and it will extend outward in an ever expanding circle. Never underestimate what love can do.
