Beginnings can be abrupt or they can be slow. Sometimes there is a beginning that has begun and yet it is not noticed.
There are subtle changes that only a
few may be aware of and as the beginning progresses it becomes more evident. There are the abrupt beginnings that come so
swiftly that we are propelled forward into or on a different path before we can hardly catch our breath. It is when we have
the abrupt beginnings that we have to find ourselves steadied in such a way that the change is not too unsettling or too
unnerving. How do we do this? There is no steadfast rule for we all are individual in the way we approach things.
However, it is evident that we must have strength, strength to be aware of what we must do, strength to continue, and
strength to make the best decisions.

Change happens so quickly sometimes that it is like a merry-go-round whirling in front of us or perhaps you feel that
you are at the center. This creates a dizzing effect in the mind which leads to confusion. It is not something that
comes easily to very many people, and that is being able to step outside of the whirling change. One must find a place
inside that is safe and find moments to gather strength and to think clearly. When the whirling sense of one thing after
another comes at you, you must withstand the storm until you can find those moments.

Find a sense of confidence in yourself. Build on that confidence to the point where you can rely on your sense of
dependability. You may waver or you may feel weak, you may feel you cannot cope with change, but give yourself a break.
Give yourself a sense of being able to withstand changes. Have faith in that which is within you and upon that which can
be expected to help you. Share and give support for therein is much strength.
