"The Heart"

Speaking of the heart, what capacity does yours have to love? Sometimes the capacity of the heart to give in loving kindness is locked into a level and is not expanded. It would seem that is more comfortable, but in truth, the capacity of the heart should grow and expand. With the practice of giving, the caring toward others can expand and with that expansion also comes understanding.
