Music History

There is so much music history in New York, you could spend months tracking it down. Of course there's the classical artists who have appeared in Lincoln Center and at Carnegie, but there's also many places in the Village where artists like Bob Dylan and Peter, Paul and Mary got their starts. There's even venues like Shea Stadium that witnessed a Beatles concert in the 1960's. Here's a little off the beaten path adventure that a few fans undertake:
Lennon Apt.

Apartment complex where John Lennon was assassinated
It also served as a setting in Rosemary's Baby
Nearby in Central Park's Strawberry Fields
Imagine
Yoko Ono's Memorial to John Lennon
