5-17-2000 You've found my everything page!! Here is the collecting house for all things I don't yet have a catergory for. All my other stuff, hence the name! So far we have my reading list, the causes I support, and links. Other stuff :) will be popping up shortly, and things will be moved around as I get more of my website up. So if the reading list or links suddenly disappear, I have probably put them somewhere more relevant. Look around :) or I'll post something saying where they've gone :)

Parenting

Practical Parenting Tips- Vicki Lansky; Lots of great ideas on just about every problem parents run into. I love this book!
The Girlfriend's Guide to Toddlers- Vicki Iovine; Once again, lots of great ideas from a real mom! Not some doctor. Easy to read. Lots of personal stories and experiences.
Games Babies Play- Vicki Lansky; Lots of games for infants. In four different sections based on age. Has a little info on infant development for each stage. A fun book!

Pregnancy

Your Baby, Your Way- Sheila Kitzinger; A good book for figuring out your birth plan. Gives information on a lot of things other books leave out.
Pregnancy, Childbirth, and the Newborn- Penny Simkin, Janet Whalley, and Ann Keppler; Pretty much everything a pregnant person needs to know. A great book.

Paganism

The Truth About Witchcraft Today- Scott Cunningham; A great book to learn about what paganism is and isn't. Good to give to worried friends and family.
To Ride A Silver Broomstick- Silver RavenWolf; Great beginner book. Very easy to understand, allows the reader to use his/her mind, and has excersises to help you on your journey.
To Stir A Magick Cauldron- Silver RavenWolf; Part two in "To Ride A Silver Broomstick. A good intermediate study book. Has a lot of good excersises and a lot of resources for someone who has more experience in Witchcraft.
Living Wicca- Scott Cunningham; A good book for basics. Has pretty good Book of Shadows in the back. Gives a good framework for a solitary to build their own tradition from.

Pagan Parenting

Circle Round- Starhawk; One of three books I've been able to find on pagan parenting. A great resource. Recipes, crafts, stories, ways to bring your faith to your kids, and lots more. A definate must read for anyone planning to bring their kids up in a Goddess tradition.
Wise Woman Herbal- by Susan Weed; Note: Haven't read this book, but it comes highly recommended.
Spiritual Midwivery- by Ina May Gaskin; Note: Haven't read this either, but I another that comes with lots of recommendations.

This is by no means an all inclusive list. It is my personal philosophy to only reccomend books that I have read. I don't have vast resources to call upon in stocking my bookshelf and my local library isn't the best, so I'm sure there are MANY MANY more great books out there. I just haven't found or read them.
