CLASS PROJECT
Energy Efficient School Building

1. Get into groups of two.

2. Go to the Energy Efficiency Publications
at the Dept. of Energy website.

3. Each group should pick one of
the areas from the list of publications and
read it carefully. Print it out for your convenience.

4. Once your group understands about
your particular area, your instructor will
take you on a tour of your school building.

5. While touring the building, each group
should be making a list of energy efficiency
improvements that could be made to the
school.

6. After the tour, each group should make
a list of their improvements, and all
the lists combined to be submitted to the
school board.

7. Be sure to inform your school board that
your information came from the internet.
