I found a three page article today in my National Genealogical Society Quarterly CD disks. It was in Volume 21, pages 56-58, and contributed by Miss Ethel Winn from Laurens, SC. I am planning to transcribe the article and send to the List, hoping it will help someone. (It didn't help me, alas!!, no CONANT or CANANTs in here.)

The first Cemetery is Williams Cemetery, three miles from White Plains, in Laurens Co, SC, the home of John D Williams

Sacred to the memory of | Mrs Elizabeth Tinsley | daughter of Colonel James Williams | of Kings Mountain | died about 1807 | at Musgrove Mill.

Mary Williams | born October 8, 1776 | Died October 13, 1873 | daughter of Colonel James Williams.
