I really liked your Ice Box Slaw. I have a very simular recipe for slaw bur you put the slaw in cottage cheese cartons and then pour the sweet brine over it and cover and freeze. It comes out great in the winter when salade stuff is hard to find in some areas. I love to cook and I don't cook nothin' I don't like. That's persimmons.
