Playing Note: The multiple base note is played with a thumb stroke, 
and can be emphasized with a strummed "strike", particularly to
crescendo at the drum roll.  As a variation, almost the entire
piece can be played with strumming, and the sychopated bass can
be played on the beat. 

Abbr.    st = strumb      (0) = grace note   h = hammer on
