So you wanna know about me...?

Let's see... What can I say about myself?

I was born and raised Cajun. Just sit me in front of the crawfish... I know what to do *laughing* I’ve lived in the same house since I was two years old—rather boring. Growing up in my house was quite an experience though. I am the oldest of four children; the youngest is our only boy. And I was the stereotypical oldest child—bossy, mean, and an overachiever. (Well, okay, I was—am?—the underachiever…same difference…lol) My sister (the younger) and I were big tomboys growing up. We played football, climbed trees, and played in the ditches with the boys. And I’ll be the first to brag that I beat up my share of boys too ;) You’d never catch me in a dress or without a dirty face. But I have "metamorphosized into a feminine, trendy young woman." Whatever THAT means…Smore said it. (I’m also supposed to say that I have a cold waterbed that doesn’t have enough water in it. Why anyone would want to know that escapes me at the moment. But I said it.) Something that may be a little more interesting though is that one of my favorite movies is Jerry Maguire. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, drop what you’re doing and get to the video store! I want 20 of my own little Rays, and I want someone to complete me. And I’m hoping I won’t have to wait much longer ;) I am going to name my firstborn child after Smore...sure hope I have a girl...laughing. I love the South. The weather is wonderful, the people are usually nice, and I like being right near New Orleans. But I would definitely consider a move. It's about time to see the world... I love to write poetry, and sometimes I can turn out a real nice piece of artwork. Smore has one of my early attempts at painting hanging on her wall. (She’s way too good a friend.) And ironically enough, she says I’m a good friend too. Who’da figured? ;þ I am majoring in Journalism at Louisiana State University. GO TIGERS! I’m also thinking about getting a little tatoo, so if anyone could find a cute lil angel, mail it here. I have also become addicted to HTML. (Yup, it’s addictive.) I’d like to try and make a little money off of this hobby, so I’m trying to learn as much as I can. I’ve learned a lot from Shadoe© and Khemist--mostly checking out pages and learning from experience and lots of questions. So check out my page periodically for changes.
