turn left onto PA 115 North, which goes downhill for about 6 miles. After an interchange with I-81, PA 115 becomes PA 309 North.
Continue on 309 North to Exit 3, Wilkes-Barre -- Plains.
At bottom of ramp, turn left onto River Street.
Proceed on River Street for just under 2 miles. (At about 1.4 miles, River Street becomes 4-lanes. The County Courthouse will be on the right.
Move into the left inside lane and stay there. Cross West Union and West Market Streets.
At the next street, Northampton Street, turn left.
Go one block and turn left again onto South Franklin Street.
About three-quarters of the way down the block on the left is St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. The church is across the street from Boscov's Department Store and Mellon Bank Parkade.
Immediately past the church, there is a parking lot.
