1 Lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup apricot nectar
1 cup confectioners sugar
Juice of one lemon
Prepare the cake batter as directed on the package
using all the ingredients except confectioners sugar
and lemon juice. Bake as directed in a tube pan
or a bundt pan.
Meanwhile, mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
When the cake is done, let sit in pan for about 5 or 10
minutes. Remove to a plate and spread glaze over the warm cake.
