1 3 oz. package cream
cheese
3/4 cup grated Cheddar
cheese
3/4 cup grated Swiss
cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup white wine
1/8 teaspoon garlic
salt
Dash of cayenne pepper.
Pour 1 cup water into fondue base and position tray, rack and bow. Cut cream cheese into cubes. Mix cheeses with flour. Plug unit into outlet. Pour the wine into fondue bowl and heat until bubbles rise to surface. Stir in cheeses, small amount at a time, and heat, stirring, until melted. Beat with fork to blend smoothly. Stir in garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Use wedges of fresh pears and apples for dippers.
