Butter
Heat butter in sauté
pan. Add shrimp and sauté with spices until just tender.
Pour butter sauce over for serving.
ORANGE SAUSAGE FOR DIPPING
Bratwurst, Polish sausage,
Italian Sausage
Grand Mariner
Orange Marmalade
Slice sausage on a
long angle. Heat your pan and cook sausage about 3/4 done.
Add Grand Mariner to cover half way. Simmer liquor till reduced in
half. Add 2-3 tablespoons of marmalade — simmer liquid until it is
almost all gone.
TARRAGON CHICKEN FOR DIPPING
2 Chicken breasts,
diced in 1 inch cubes
Butter
Tarragon
White Wine
Salt
Pepper
Heat the butter in
a pan. Sauté the chicken with salt and pepper until half done.
Add tarragon and wine (1/2 cup). Simmer until almost all the liquid
is gone.
BOURGOGNE BEEF FOR DIPPING
1 pound. diced beef
1 medium onion julienned
Burgundy wine to cover
Salt
Pepper
Heat oil in pan.
Brown seasoned beef and onion. Add wine, cover and braise in 400
degree oven for 1 hour. Drain meat from liquid to serve.
