Quizzer--a self-testing and learning programme
using your Pentium (or 386,486...)

Try this excellent teaching and learning tool in your classroom! My students in Gr. 9 science and OAC physics
love using this programme to learn and evaluate their own learning. It also records their marks for import into spreadsheets for marks or into word processors. Password protected and cleverly designed to be easy and effective for you to use.
Version 2.1 (co-developed by R. Snider and myself) incorporates encryption for ultimate security, network ability, print capability and possibly graphics if I can manage the code for it (Visual Basic 6.0).

All you need is a computer with Windows 3.x or W9x and some test files that are text based. The questions can be
short answer, numbers, word strings, multiple choice and fill in the blank (superscript and subscript also supported for
chemistry and physics type units and formulae).

Just download the three Quizzer files and unzip them to three 1.4 Mb disks. Print the readme file on QDisk3 and follow the instructions.

Contact Marvin Marcinko Kuehn for any support/technical needs. This page will be updated with graphics and some tutorial
information about installing and using Quizzer effectively within your classroom. (Archives of science tests will be available
for download...)
