Menachem Cohen, Kol Yisrael's reporter on matters of religion, is going to be dismissed following his erroneous report concerning the death of Ashkelon's Chief Rabbi Yisrael Elizera. As we reported yesterday, the report was aired at 12:00pm on Kol Yisrael's Friday news report. In response, Cohen stated that he was not notified that he was to be dismissed.
