"THE LEGAL LANGUAGE DECEPTION"

It is well known that most people know, or think they know the definitions of words used in everyday language. Any judge will tell you, "ignorance of the law is no excuse." In order to understand the language of laws, one must have a knowledge of the legal definitions. The definitions you will find in Webster's dictionary and various other dictionaries, do not have the same meaning as "The Legal Language." Judges and lawyers have their own dictionaries, and if you don't understand the language, you, are in trouble. I will give you some examples: the word, "ANSWER," in Webster's dictionary is,"to reply to, to act in response," the deception is that the legal definition is,"denotes an assumption of liability, as to ANSWER for the debt or default of another." Quite different isn't it? Heres another example: "INCLUDE," I'll just give you the legal definition. It means to exclude everything preceeding the word and only includes what is written thereafter. The simple little two letter word "OF" in legal language means that everything before "OF," like state of TEXAS, is the owner, and everything after "OF," is the property. How about that, the state is the owner of TEXAS and all this time you might have thought the people where the owners of TEXAS. In reality it should be TEXAS state, IOWA state and so on. For those of you that get off to being fooled, and those of you that get off to being lied to, I can't help you. Those of you that keep an open mind and thrive on seeking the truth, I suggest that you go to your neighborhood book store and pick up a copy of, BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY, or you might check out some of those used book stores. You just might get luckey. The earlier edition you can find the better, as the newer editions are somewhat watered down. I myself like,BOUVIER'S LAW DICTIONARY, SIXTH EDITION, 1856. By clicking on the preceeding blue area, you can get you copy right off the web. If you wish to put BOUVIERS on a floppy disk, it will take 8 of them.
