I, Counselor 52, am neither Democrat nor Republican. I am neither left wing, nor right. I am not a protester, nor anti government... Ross Perot...thumbs down... Taxpayers party...not a chance, all other parties don't think people will ever get away from the two party system, kind of like brainwashed don't you know. If one has a format then one must stick with that format. Compromise cannot be an issue. You either believe this way or believe that way. I believe in the Constitution in its entirety...with no compromise as it says what it says nothing more, nothing less and it still stands. If one wants to change that format then one must organize a constitutional convention. It is my opinion the problem with elected officials is money. Most all of them have this so-called green stuff and many of these people are "old money," i.e. born with the stuff... never knowing what it takes to work for a living and support a family. If elected officials where just common people and would spend a certain amount of time within the system then go back to their dwelling places and jobs, I think things would work out much better...kind of like persons on a jury only lets say for six months. They would represent the people of each of the several states and be paid exactly what their present job pays plus a set expense account, and he/she would be made accountable to their constituencies with a full diclosure of all events that took place. After the six months in office they would come back to their regular jobs and that would be the end of that.
I do not wish to be labeled with a name like Patriot, Constitutionalist, Militia, etc.. You see I grew up at a time when people believed that what Government, the President, our Politicians, our Teachers, Clergy, Police, Judges, Walter Cronkite, Huntley and Brinkley, Newspapers, and especially what our parents said was absolutely the truth. Today with the greed, lying and cheating, there seems to be not a soul one can look up to and respect not to mention honesty and trust, and honesty and trust must prevail. This is so sad. It seems the bottom fell out when prayers were dropped from the school rooms. When I look back and critique the deception that has come to pass, it makes me sick. We had such a wonderful country, though not perfect, but then nothing is. What I don't understand is people are constantly looking for someone to lead them and take care of them. Whatever happened to self responsibility? How can in todays world people give money and support a candidate and really believe that this person is actually going to support their wishes. The only way this scenario will work today is if everyone walks along with whom ever, therefore everyone will know what is going on.
Now here is a political party that will tell you up front how they will sock it to you. Their lastest political ploy is to state that everything is for the children. Of course people will buy that statement. But lets face it people, the children are the parents responsibility or that is what I taught.
This group is the same as the Democrats, except that they do not tell you up front their intentions but sneak in the back door and sock it to you from behind. One thing is for sure, they love to argue just like the Democrats and that seems to be the reason neither party can accomplish a remedy and probably never will.
It is my belief that today in these times all politicans may be different people but have the same face. Perhaps a person wishing to be elected to a specific office, may absolutely have good intentions and a goal to change things for the better, however I believe that the "GOOD OLD BOYS," whom have been in power for many years, take these people into a padded cell and tell them, now here is what you can't do and here is what you will do. There are many bumps out there in the desert. Politicans are like diapers...they always need changing for the same reasons.
It is my contention that every person whom intends to establish themselves in the law enforcement field, ought not take an oath to uphold and defend the constitution so help them GOD, until they have read said document from cover to cover. If they did take the time to read this precious document and then swear out their oath, it ought to be a crime, since most of the laws that these law enforcement people enforce, are statutory laws, and many of them are not congruent with the constitution, the laws that these people are enforcing are actually null and void. Although there may be many fine people in law enforcement, what comes to mind is they are suppose to be peace officers first, and second how could anyone have any respect for someone who would swear out an oath to do something and then breach that oath everyday of their lives. This also goes for politicans as they also must swear out and oath of affirmation to uphold and defend the constitution so help them GOD. Isn't it ironic that many years ago we were afraid of Russia, Korea, China, and Japan. Who are we afraid of today? Cops...and the very people that are voted into office by WE THE PEOPLE. Another item I would like to state about cops, is that they seem to have this idea that it is okay to break the traffic laws when ever it suits their needs. I see them speeding, running stop signs, speeding in school zones, not using signal lights, and failing to stop for a red light before turning right, just to mention a few. Nine times out of ten they are in a hurry to get to the donut shop. I have a growing list of license numbers and what the violation was, on a number of law enforcement people. You can view this on going list on my home page under "The Donut Connection." The bottom line is they are not allowed to break any law unless they are on call. One more thing to mention about law enforcement people is, it seems like I have heard somewhere and I can't remember where that if you don't like the taste of donuts...they will not hire you.
This is a subject that I do not wish to to get into, however I will state this...If you are pro-life, how in the world can you make a statement such as...yes I am pro-life except in the case of incest, rape, and endangerment to the mother. It is my understanding that the objective of anti-abortion activists, is for the preservation of life. However sad and inhumane incest, rape and the life of the mother may be, if one allows for these exceptions then one can't be pro-life. You are either pro-life or pro-choice. There cannot be a middle ground.
Contrary to popular belief, lawyers do not practise law. They practise procedure of law. Reason being is that judges are the ones whom practise law, therefore the lawyer cannot enter the court room and tell the judge what the law is. If this happens the judge can have the lawyer disbarred. Once you have given a lawyer power of attorney guess what you have done...you have given up all your rights once you enter the court room. Lawyers are officers of the court hence that also makes them officers of the state. Their allegiance is to the bar association, the court and the state first, then you are second. So therefore a lawyer cannot "DEFEND" a client, he/she can only represent clients, and you paid top monies for that? Be it known that bar lawyers shy away from clients who insist upon God and the United States Constitution inserted in legal documents and court proceedings. Nowhere in the "Canons of Professional Ethics" adopted by the American Bar Association, can there be found the least semblance of an oath to defend and protect the United States Constitution against enemies, foreign and domestic. Therefore we must take a learned view that bar- lawyers are anti-Christ and anti- Constitution...and are locked into the concept of procedural, administrative, and world government law, and are to be considered enemies of the Republic ...rare exceptions notwithstanding.
For whom and for what...To add more corruption... Contrary to popular belief, there is no and never will be a savior that will lead the people out of this mess we are in except GOD ALMIGHTY, and sometimes I wonder whether HE would even bother.
All I can say is you know what they say in the Army if you can't take a joke.
If it were not for the Jesse Jacksons of the world, maybe racism could eventually be a thing of the past. People like him keep the fire burning. The fact is that if you were born in the several states you are American. I do not go around and state that I am Austrian/German/American. When I here people say they are African/American, I have to ask are you from Africa or are you from America...On another note, as of this date...Jan. 4, l998, I have not found the country of Hispania. Can anyone help me here.
