  • Ban Bang Phae Drum Making Village
    This village is located in the vicinity of Amphoe Pa Mok and accessible by the road passing the Municipality Office which is parallel to the Yang Mani Irrigation Canal, after which one enters the village situated on of the bank of the Chao Phraya River. Drums produced in this village vary the small souvenir size to the very large temple size.

  • Ban Bang Sadet Miniature Doll Centre under the Royal Patronge of Her Majesty the Queen.
    This is a small village where people manage to improve their standard of living by making miniature dolls as an additional occupation under the Royal Patronge of Her Majesty the Queen. The dolls are on display at the sermon hall of Wat Tha Sutthawat and also available at Chitralada shops.

  • Wat Sa Kaeo
    This monastery, originally named Wat Sa Kaeo and built in 1699, is located 15 kilometers from Ayutthaya along Highway 309 (Ayutthaya-Ang Thong route) with a left turn into the monastery. Wat Sa Kaeo partly serves as an orphanage for a large number of children. Also situated within the precincts of the monastery is "Samakkhi-samakhan," a cloth weaving project under royal demand under the Ministry of Industry. Many kinds of cloth are woven here such as cotton, long simple skirt loincoth, etc.

  • Reclining Buddha of Wat Khun Inthapramun
    This 50 meters reclining Buddha is housed in Wat Khun Inthapramun, Amphoe Pho Thong, 11 kilometers from the township. The monastery is located in the pen air of the rice fields having no roof due to the Wihan housing the image being in ruins. In front of this image lies a statue of a man who, according to the legend, is Khun Inthapramun, a revenue officer who secrety took away the official money to enlarge the original 40 meters construction of the image. When the king heard about that and interrogated him were from he obtained the money he did not answer and was whipped to death, thus originating the name of this monastery as Wat Khun Inthapramun.

  • Wat Pho Thong
    This monastery is located in Amphoe Pho Thong, nine kilometers from the Amphoe Office. Here Prince Uthumphon (Khun Luang Ha Wat) resided during his second monkhood period. He caused the construction of a place of interest, e.g., Kham Yat Hall as his residential compartment. Amphoe Pho Thongis famed for the beautiful craftsmanship in inventing the wicker-ware items of special Dok Phikun desidn which are usually bought by the tourist as souvenirs.

  • Wat Phra Phuttha Saiyat Pa Mok
    This monastery is a royal grade monastery (Wora Wihan) located in Amphoe Pa Mok, 18 kilometers from Amphoe Muang. There is a very old Recling Buddha Image which is 22.58 meters long. It is found in the royal record that King Naresuan also stopped over to convene his troops and pay homage to this Reclining Buddha prior to leading the army to fight King Maha Uparacha of Burma.
