that's enough post-structuralism - let's get sexy

These pages offer some interesting tangents off stuff on the anarchy-westoz pages. You’ll find here some of my own writing, writings by others on issues I’m interested in, and links to some tasty sites on the web. These pages are still under construction, and will grow whenever I have time!

...SEX...

Bisexuality and Queer Community is a paper I wrote for Queer Collaborations Conference held in my home town of Perth in 1996. I was on the collective for this national conference, which offers queer students (and others) a chance to get together, talk about sexuality, organise networks (although that never seems to happen), and most importantly make friends and have sex.

Sex glossary - a combination of stuff I got together for a recent safe sex project & other bits and pieces of interest collected over the years.

Hooray for sex radicals! Susie Bright is a lesbian sexpert who has written a number of accessible, sex positive books like Susie Sexpert's Lesbian Sex World, Susie Bright's Sexual Reality: A Virtual Sex World Reader, and Sexwise. She has also edited erotic anthologies. This site includes info about her books, some stories, photos and rants.

Pat Califia is a sexpert of the tougher, meaner sort. She writes like she's got top's syndrome (which is no surprise) but she represents a fearless sexual libertarianism sadly lacking most places. I recommend Public Sex: The Culture of Radical Sex, it's a very good read. From that book you can find her 'Forty-two things that you can do to make the future safe for sex' on the web too.

Annie Sprinkle has kindly put her cervix on the web for us to see, as well as her pleasure activist playing cards.

...YOOF...

Gibber is a magazine for and by non-mainstream youth. Gibber is currently running a multimedia project, which will eventually result in some wicked web stuff. In the mean time click here for more information and contact details.

Coming soon: Writing by me & others on young people’s oppression, and the history of childhood. I’ll also be posting stuff on the current drug policy in W.A. and young people.

...DRUGS...

If you want to take drugs get some good information first!

The Sydney Rave Safe guide has info on party drugs, their effects, hazards, and other stuff.

The Hyperreal Drug Archive is a fully comprehensive web guide to drugs. The Hyperreal home page has links to lots of rave culture stuff.

Another one to check out is Crissie - a very attractive and informative site about crystal meth.
