MMA Fighters Wanted
The following MMA events are looking for MMA fighters:
We are looking for fighters interested in fighting at "New York Showdown
3" on February 19, 2000 in New York City under the new NECAF Pancrase
style rules. This is a small AMATEUR event for relatively new fighters
so don't contact us if you are a big name fighter or want money.
NECAF Pancrase format is as follows;
(this is for novices who have not fought for us before)
1) 10 minute round, win loss or draw (no judges)
2) mouth piece, groin cup and shin-n-instep guards
3) kicking and open hand to head only (no knee)
4) NO ELBOWS at all
5) all submissions legal
6) no striking on ground at novice level (if you have fought for us
before and we know you, we will consider a higher level rules set for
you).
7) no rope escapes
We need your name, height, weight, ring record (if any) and school/gym
affiliation. For insurance and sanctioning, you need a USKBA fighter's
license. $25 for a one year license good for any USKBA
event.
