Welcome to our tribute to The World's Fastest Man, Donovan Bailey. As we all saw in '96 in Atlanta (USA!!!), Donovan Bailey claimed his rightful place as the fastest man on the planet. (Like it was ever in doubt!) Can you say 9.84 seconds?!?!?!?!?!
