Welcome to the Teaching in Japan Page. This page is dedicated both to those who are thinking about teaching in Japan and those of us who are currently living and working in the land of the Rising Sun. While there are many Japan-related sites on the web, there is still a great deal of misinformation about living and teaching in Japan. We seek to create a forum to disseminate reasonably unbiased information based upon the experiences of teachers living and working in Japan. Much of the information to be found on this topic seems to come from either extremely disgruntled ex-teachers or from web page providers that have a vested financial interest in the information presented.
