The Nizhoni Way
There are wonderful games
that can be taught to
children
to help them become aware of
their auric fields
and how to push away negative
energy
rather than sucking it in from
others
There are ways that we can
as loving parents
balance and clean their auric
fields
so that they do not accumulate
the negativity
of the environment around them
Nizhoni
has practiced
many of these techniques over
the years
Esquela Galistena was the precursor
of the Nizhoni school
In the Esquela
small children learned to understand
these
principles
and to apply the laws of
energy
in productive ways
We very often would meditate
on the names of strangers
and
the children
as young as
three years old
were asked to tell what sickness
was present
in these people
whose names they were given
It was great to watch how
the children
would take in the name
and at the same time
because their bodies are so
kinetic
they would wiggle and squiggle
move around
and keep their eyes open
and in every way
seem
not to be paying attention
Yet, when asked to give the correct
information
they would
invariably give information that
was
illuminating and appropriate
Though they did not know
the names of
the parts of the body
they could point and would describe
the
energies
by
colors:
"It's black in this part,"
or
"It's red over here,"
breathtakingly describing the
nature of the disease
in people they had never seen
It is important to allow
even very small children
to participate in
the world
to become aware of the cycles
of
life, birth, & death
the cycles of nature
and the changing of the seasons
For example, in the Esquela Galistena
they were always able to
call the rain
Here is
a simple human potential
that could save lives
that asks not
the age
the qualifications
the intellectual abilities
of a person
but
simply asks
for the
capacity
to
focus
the attention
on an
octave
of
participation
Even small children must be given
acknowledgement
honor
recognition
that they do count
that they bring great
joy to the world
that they have
knowing
They are so often right about
the
perceptions
of the world around them that
we can
seek them out
as our
teachers
