****noteworthy Michael McCagh (RWCWA) selected for the World Youth Championships; July 10-13, 2003 in Sherbrooke, Canada. Michael's selection in the U/20 10,000m Walk follows hard on the heels of his ***SILVER*** medal in the U/18 3000m Walk (12min 59) in Sydney March 23, 2003,
and his BRONZE medal in the U/20
10,000m Walk (47min 22) in Brisbane April 3, 2003.
Michael McCagh's 46min 03 in the 2003 State U/20 10,000m Walk championship joins the list of WA Juniors in the last decade or so to post sub 50min 10,000m Walk efforts.
