Tim in Australia.

L-R; at Mandurah Estuary, "white man can't jump?" vs Bunbury Slammers, beating 'em on the dribble again.
Tim played 50 games for Mandurah.

Tim's basketball story began at Emmaus, where he was part of a good team, fortunate to have an extremely experienced coach. Tim finished his schooling at Willetton SHS as part of the elite basketball scholarship program there. Willetton has consistently been a force to be reckoned with in High School basketball in Australia. The move to Mandurah was his opportunity to get experience with what became known as the Mandurah Magic. Videos of his games gave Tim the opportunity to showcase his talents to a number of American colleges. Tim sold his car, and headed off to the USA to realise his dream of playing college basketball. Instead of just watching all those college games on TV, he was now living the dream and playing for one of them. The hardwork had paid off. A very close friend of his from Mandurah also took the plunge with him, also playing successfully in another college in Florida. Tim played NJCAA, in which his college won the Florida State Championship, and got to compete in the NJCAA National Basketball Tournament. Tim then went on to play NCAA Division II Basketball in North Carolina, the same state where Michael Jordan played NCAA Basketball; many, many years ago.
