Camille started rhythmics at the age of 10. When she was 17 years old Camille went to the World Championships and respectivly placed 21. The next year at age 18 Camille went to the Commonwealth games and placed 2. Camille also went to Four Continents and placed 3. Then Camille went to Worlds and placed 29. Then in 1996 at the age of 20 Camille Martens went to the Olympics, there she placed 33 and was the only Canadian Gymnast to Compete. After the Olympics Camille retired from Gymnastics but in 1998 Camille regained her passion for the sport and started to compete again. After one year of competition Camille sits in 5 spot in Canada.
