Eight time Gold Glove centerfielder
The saying used to be that two-thirds of the earth is covered by water and the other third is covered by Garry Maddox. The fleet centerfielder won eight straight Gold Gloves (1975-'82) in 15 seasons with the Giants and Phillies.
