Jaden sighed as she heard her name, knowing she was being paged. She was almost done her shift, and was dying for some sleep.
"Dr. Copeland, please report X-Ray, STAT."
Jaden sighed again, then got up from her office, headed towards X-ray. Once she was there, she grabbed the chart, quickly scanning over the patients record. Her eyebrows rose in surprise when she saw the words 'WWF WRESTLER'. Her brother's were into wrestling and had gotten her hooked. She was nervously excited to be able to meet one.
She walked through the room, almost unable to supress her gasp of surprise at the huge man sitting on the bed. She glanced down at the chart again, seeing he was 6'10 and over 320lbs.
"What do we have here?" she asked the other doctors in the room, finally finding her voice.
The tall man whipped his head around, his stunning green eyes cathing and holding hers.
"Oh boy." she thought to herself as she felt herself getting lost on those hypnotic eyes.
"Ah, Dr. Copeland, we are so glad you could join us. Our big friend here has done some damadge to some muscle and tissue and it looks like he's going to need some physical therapy. We called you down to be introduced." Dr. Johnson, the head of the department said smiling at her.
Jaden stepped forward, holding her hand out to the huge man, a shaky smile on her lips.
"I'm Dr. Jaden Copeland. It's a pleasure to meet you, uh..." she stampered, glancing down again at the chart to catch his name.
Her head jerked back up when he took her small hand in his large one. He smiled down at her, and she felt electric shocks run through her body.
"Undertaker." he said is a deep sexy voice that almost brought her to her knees.

Chapter Two
Skyler McKnight could barely contain her excitement as she got ready to go to the first WWF event she had been to since she was still a teenager.
After her parents had been killed in a car accident five years ago, she had gone to live with her mom's brother, and her uncle, Vince McMahon. He was very protective of Skyler and up until now, he had forbidden her to attend any of the WWF shows, feeling that it wasn't the right environment for a young lady such as Skyler. But finally Skyler had been able to convince her uncle to allow her to start attending the shows again.
A few hours later, Skyler's heart began pounding when she heard the music that she had been waiting all night. She stood up on her chair, even though she was seated in the front row, shivers running down her spine as the pyro exploded at the top of the ramp and Kane stepped through the curtain. Skyler never once took her eyes off of the big man in red as he walked down the ramp and stepped into the ring.
All to soon, Kane's match was over, and he had defeated Triple H with a thunderous Tombstone Piledriver.
Skyler's breath caught in her throat and she nearly fainted as Kane stepped through the ropes, leaving the ring. Kane stopped directly in front of her, their eyes meeting for a brief second as Kane tilted his head to the side, studying her. Skyler glanced down momentarily and when she lifted her eyes back up, Kane was gone.

Chapter Three
Jaden was in her office finishing some paper work when there was a knock on her door.
"Come in." she called, not looking up when the door opened.
"Excuse me."
Jaden's head snapped up at that deep sexy voice. Her breath caught in her throat as she took in the big man standing in the middle of her office. She knew her office wasn't huge, but had always thought it was decent size. With him standing in the room, her office felt more like a closet.
Jaden slowly rose to her feet, holding out her hand, thanking her business instincts for taking over.
"Undertaker." she said, shaking his large hand, once again feeling electric jolts running up her arm.
"Please call me Taker." he said with a smile, as he limped over to the chair, settling his large form down with a sigh.
"What can I do for you, Taker?" she asked, taking in every one of his features.
"I want to know what you think about my injurie. I've heard you are one of the best, and I want to know if I'll be able to wrestle again, or if I should start planning my retirement from the WWF."
Jaden smiled at him. "I don't see you retiring any time soon. Yes, your injury is going to take some time to get over, but I am more than confident that with a lot of hard work and time, you will be better than ever. Just stay away from chairs when you get back into the ring." she teased. She had heard that it was a chair shot from Triple H that had caused the injury.
"When do we start with the physical therapy?" Taker asked, ready to start the process, and get back into the ring.
Jaden glanced down at her watch, seeing that she had more than two hours until her next appointment. She looked back at him, his gaze again catching and holding hers.
"No time like the present." she said, feeling butterflies in her stomach at the thought of being alone for hours on end with this georgous man.

After the show, Skyler was escorted by security back stage to her uncle's office. She walked through the door and saw her uncle waiting for her.
"Skyler! Did you enjoy yourself?" Vince asked, giving his neice a hug.
"Definately! When can I come back?" she asked her eyes shinning with excitement.
"We will see." Vince answered, smiling down at her. He turned to open the door when there was a knock. He was surprised to find Kane on the other side.
"Vince, we need to talk about this story line." Kane said before Vince could get a word out. Kane brushed past the smaller man, coming to an abrupt halt when he saw Skyler standing in the middle of the room.
Skyler stared up at the big man not knowing what to do or say. She felt her face getting red and quickly looked away. Taking a deep breath, she turned back towards the two men. She gave Kane a quick smile, not wanting to seem rude, and she wasn't capable of anything more at that moment, then turned to her uncle.
"I see your busy, so I'm going to grab a drink. Do you want me to ride back to the airport with you?" she asked, trying to keep her attention focused on Vince.
"This shouldn't take too long, so just give me five or ten minutes then I'll be ready to leave." Vince said, not liking what he had just seen pass between Kane and his neice.
Skyler nodded, gave her uncle a kiss on the cheek, then turned and walked out of the room, thinking after her reaction to Kane, maybe it would be best if she didn't go to anymore wrestling events.

Chapter Four
Jaden started out slow with the physical therapy on the Undertaker's knee and after only a few minutes, she could plainly see the pain in his eyes.
"That's enough for today." She said to him, knowing that if he pushed himself to hard, he would only make the injury worse. "Tomorrow we'll try going a little bit longer and maybe a bit more intense."
Taker opened his mouth to protest, being anxious to be able to get back in the ring, but closed it again when he stood and felt the pain shooting through the muscles and tendons surrounding his knee.
"Here's a schedule that I've drawn up for your therapy sessions. If there are any problems with any of the times or dates, both my office and my cell number are on the bottom, just let me know and we can work something else out." She said as she handed him a piece of paper. Then turning to leave for her next appointment, Jaden glanced back over her shoulder, smiling to herself when she found his eyes on her.

Chapter Five
Taker arrived at the restaurant where he was meeting his brother, ten minutes late. He walked to the table where Kane was waiting for him, limping more than usual after the therapy session.
Taker knew it was going to take awhile, but did not think it would be so bad spending time with the beautiful young doctor.
"Hey, bro, how's the knee?" Kane asked once his brother sat down, noticing he was favoring his knee more.
"Sore as hell. Had my first therapy session today." Taker said.
Kane grinned at his older brother, knowing how much he detested doctors. "You aren't giving the doctors a hard time are you?" he teased.
Taker grinned back at his brother. "All except for one."
Kane raised his eyesbrows in interrest. "Do tell..."
"Nothing to tell...yet." Taker stated. He was ready to say something else, but noticed he had lost Kane's attention. Kane was busy staring at something or someone over Taker's shoulder.
Taker turned in his seat, seeing Vince at the door. He noticed his daughter Stephanie and smiled at her. She smiled back and waved. Then he knew what his brother was staring at. He saw a beautiful young woman standing next to Stephanie, talking with Vince. She seemed vegualy familiar, but Taker couldn't remember where he had seen her. He watched as Vince, Stephanie, and the young woman approached Kane and himself.
Skyler was tired and ready to get some sleep. The last thing she felt like doing what going out to dinner. That was until she was following Vince and her cousin to their table. She glanced up, feeling as if she were being watched, and her eyes connected with Taker's. She recognized him immediately. She smiled back at him when he smiled at her, but her smile froze and her step faultered when she saw who was sitting at the table with him.
She watched as Vince lead them directly over to Taker and Kane's table. Skyler took a deep breath, knowing she was finally going to meet the man of her dreams....

Chapter Six
"Skyler," Vince said as he gently took her arm, pulling her in front of him when they stopped by Kane and Taker's table. "I'd like you to meet Kane, and his brother, the Undertaker."
Skyler looked up to find two pairs of eyes on her, and her face immediately flamed red. She smiled weakly at both men, who had yet to take their eyes off of her.
"Pleased to meet you." She said shyly, looking down at her hands again, unable to believe the fool she was making out of herself.
"Kane and Undertaker are two of the best in the business." Vince continued, praising two of the hardest workers he had ever seen. "Unfortunately Taker took a stiff chair shot the night before last and will be out for at least three months."
"Well, hopefully it won't be that long." Taker said with a smile. "I'm seeing one of the best doctors around."
"Who's that?" Vince asked curiously, knowing the severity of Taker's injury. Vince was sure that Taker would not be able to come back any sooner.
"Dr. Jaden Copeland." Taker replied to Vince's question.
Skyler's head snapped up in surprise when she heard the name of her friend that she had not seen or even heard from in at least eight years….

Chapter Seven
"Did you say Jaden Copeland?" Skyler asked Taker, hope shining in her eyes.
"Yes. Do you know her?" Taker asked her with a smile. "Yeah, I do. We were friends all through school.
After we went to college, we sort of lost track with each other." Skyler answered, not able to believe she had found her old friend again. "Where is her office?"
"It's downtown. Listen, I'm going there tomorrow morning for therapy, would you like to ride with me?" Taker asked, not missing Kane or Vince's glare.
"Uh...I don't want to intrude on your therapy..." Skyler started but then cut herself off, realizing this Jaden, whom she hadn't seen in years. "But if your sure it won't be a problem, I would love to go."
"Great, how about I pick you up around 8:30. I am assuming you are staying with Vince and Stephanie."
Skyler nodded, smiling happily at Taker. "Yes I am. Thank you so much, you don't know how much this means to me." Skyler could not wait until the next day. She only hoped Jaden remembered her and was just as surprised and happy to see her.
Vince cleared his throat, not liking the situation one bit. "Skyler, if you want to go visit her, why don't I just drop you off there?"
"Dad!" Stephanie butted in.
Taker grinned up at his boss. "Don't worry Vince. I wouldn't want you to go out of your way, and since I'm going there anyway, it's not a problem."
Vince stiffly nodded. "Well, we are going to go eat, enjoy your meal you two." he said to the two brothers before walking away.
Skyler knew something was bothering her uncle, but was to excited to see Jaden to worry about it. She looked at Taker and Kane and smiled at them.
"I guess I will see you tomorrow, Taker. It was very nice meeting you both." she said, her eyes resting on Kane, who still hadn't said anything. Their gazes held for a few seconds, before she turned and walked to the table where Stephanie and Vince were waiting for her.

Chapter Eight
The next morning, Skyler was waiting for Taker down in the lobby of the hotel that she was staying in with her uncle and her cousin. She was pleasantly surprised when she saw that Kane had come along as well.
"Well, this is certainly a surprise." She said softly, her eyes, locking with Kane's as he got out and opened up the car door for her. Once she was settled in the back seat, Kane turned and looked at her.
"I thought we could have breakfast or something while Taker is doing his therapy." Kane said with a smile, hoping she would agree.
"That sounds wonderful." Skyler answered, unable to believe that she had waited for this opportunity with Kane since she had first seen him and now it was really happening.
"Good." Kane said sincerely. "I'd like to get to know you better…" He trailed off when her heard his brother laughing at him. Kane turned and glared at his brother, who was still laughing at Kane's attempt to get a date with Vince's niece.
The rest of the short drive was made in silence. The closer they got to Jaden's office, the more nervous Skyler became. She had all kinds of thoughts going through her head.. She worried that Jaden wouldn't recognize her, or if she did, maybe she just didn't want to see her and that was why Jaden made no attempt to contact her all these years.
As Taker turned into the parking lot, Skyler took a deep breath to calm her nerves. As the three of them walked into the reception area of the office, Skyler immediately spotted Jaden, who was quickly walking through on the way back to her office, hanging onto her cup of coffee like it was her only means of living.
Jaden smiled at Taker when she saw him, then she turned to Kane and smiled at him as well. Finally Jaden shifted her eyes to Skyler and smiled, but Skyler saw no recognition there.
Not willing to give up so easy, Skyler turned and called out Jaden's name just before she disappeared into her office.

Chapter Nine
"JADEN!"
Jaden stopped in her tracks, turning back around to face the three people standing in the lobby. She couldn't help but smile at the two huge men, then down at the small, pretty young woman standing with them.
She felt a spark of recongnization when she looked at the woman. As she walked closer to them, she fully realized who she was.
"OH MY GOD! Skyler?" she asked, obviously shocked and happy to see her. She set her coffee cup down on the counter beside her and walked over to her long time friend.
Skyler nodded, smiling that Jaden had recognized her. Jaden threw her arms around Skyler, and both girls hugged each other, talking a mile a minute.
Jaden stepped back, smiling at the friend she had tried to get in touch with but had never been able to.
"Where have you been? I tried to get in touch with you, but it was if you fell off the face of the earth!" Jaden scolded her.
Skyler shook her head. "I'm sorry about that. After my parents died, I went to live with my uncle, and withdrew from the world for a little while. I never knew you tried to get in touch with me though. I tried contacting you a couple times..."
"That doesn't matter now. I am just so glad you are here!" Jaden said, hugging her again. She then turned to Taker and Kane, who were smiling down at the two women.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude." she held her hand out to Kane. "I'm Dr. Jaden Copeland. It's very nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too." Kane answered, taking her small hand in his much larger one. Neither Jaden nor Skyler could get over how handsome the two men were.
"Well, Taker, are you ready to get started?" she asked, smiling up at Taker, her heart pounding.
"Sure. How long do you think this is going to take though? Kane's taking Skyler out to breakfast and I'd hate rush them." Taker said, grinning at his brother, who was glaring at him.
Jaden smiled looking at Skyler who was blushing. She caught Skyler's eyes and raised her eyebrows, sending her a silent message that they would be talking later. Skyler nodded quickly and looked away, her face still flaming.
"Uh, I'd say about an hour should do it." Jaden answered, trying not to laugh.
"Sounds like more than enough time." Taker teased, walking towards the office before his bother tried to cause him bodily harm.
Jaden followed Taker to the office, glancing over her shoulder, smiling when she saw Kane holding the door for Skyler. Jaden turned back to her door, taking a deep breath as she followed Taker into her office.

Chapter Ten
Taker walked into the middle of her office and then turned around, looking at Jaden, who was busy writing a few things down in his chart as she walked into the room.
"Um, we're going to do something a little different than yesterday." Jaden said to Taker, still not looking up from his chart. "I'll need you to go into the other room. You'll find a sheet in there to cover yourself up after you've taken everything off." Jaden finally looked up from his chart as she said this and saw Taker looking at her in confusion. Smiling, she explained.
"All you have to do today is lay back and enjoy. I'll be doing all the work today. I know that the first day of physical therapy is very trying for a lot of people so on the second day, I give a full message, and then I try to get one in once a week until the patient is healed. It takes away from the monotony of the sessions and gives the patients something to look forward to, rather than dreading coming in everyday." Jaden explained, seeing the smile cross his lips.
"Well, I think I can handle that…." Taker trailed off as he turned and walked into the room located just off of Jaden's office.
"Just remember though….Tomorrow it's back to the hard work." Jaden replied, taking a deep breath as she finished up with his chart and then after giving Taker a few minutes, she followed him into the other room.
Jaden walked in, finding Taker seated on the edge of the table with his back to her. Her breath caught in her throat when she realized that all that was between him and her was that sheet he had wrapped around his waist. She felt her heart speed up as she took in his broad shoulders and heavily muscled back.
Jaden finally found her voice as she shook her head to clear the thoughts running wild in her mind, silently telling herself that this man was her patient and his injured knee and rehabilitation were the most important.
"Face down, please." Jaden said, thankful that her professional instincts had taken over again.
Taker jumped when he heard her voice, having not heard her enter the room. He slowly turned his head, his green eyes locking with hers…..

Chapter Eleven
Jaden held his gaze for a moment, before turning away got get ready. She turned back around to find him laying on his stomach. She took at deep breath, and walked over to the table.
"Just relax okay?" she asked.
"Sure." Taker replied.
"Easier said than done." he thought to himself with a smile.
Jaden poured oil on his back, the began slowy working it into his tight back muscles. She couldn't help but admire the tattos on his arms, and the back of his neck. Jaden got lost in her work, and let her hands work their magic.

Kane took Skyler to a nearby resturant, and when they sat down he smiled at her.
"So tell me, Skyler, why haven't I seen you around until now?"
"Well, Uncle Vince said it wasn't 'proper' for me to go there, so for a long time he wouldn't let me attend. I just FINALLY convinced him to let me come to a show. I was beginning to think I would never get there." she said, looking up from the menu in her hands.
"Is he going to make you a part of the story?" Kane wondered, not knowing if he liked the idea or not.
"That's funny!" she laughed. "There is no way in hell he is going to let me do that! He had a fit when Stephanie started getting involved. I thought it would be fun though. Aunt Linda liked the idea and is trying to talk him into it."
"Is that something you really want to do?" Kane asked, tilting his head as he looked at her. Skyler loved it when he did that.
"I'm not sure. I think it could be fun for awhile, but I definately don't want to wrestle." she laughed at the thought.
"Well, if you did, I'm sure I could give you a few pointers." Kane teased.
Skyler laughed, then suddenly stopped at the thought of rolling around on the mat with Kane. She blushed and quickly hid her face with her menu.
Kane noticed her reaction and smiled, relieved to finally find someone who didn't throw themself at him. Her innocence was refreshing, and the more time he spent with her, the more he was really beginning to like her. He knew he only had one problem...Vince.

Chapter Twelve
Jaden worked the large muscles in Taker's back and shoulders until she felt him relax. She then moved down to his stiff thigh muscles, hearing him moan softly as she began to work the knots out. When she felt those muscles loosen, she began to work on his calf muscles.
"Okay, you can turn over." Jaden said to Taker when she had finished with his backside. Taker slowly turned over and Jaden could see that he was much more relaxed and moving easier than he had been that morning. Smiling, she went to work on the tight thigh muscles in front.
When she was finished with that, she moved up to his chest and arms. then finally finishing up with his head and face. Jaden looked at Taker and saw the content smile on his face and knew that she had did her job.

Chapter Thirteen
Once was finished, Jaden stepped back, wiping her hands on the clean towel she had set aside. She smiled at how relaxed Taker looked, glad to have worked out some tension for him.
“Okay, you’re done. Go ahead and get dressed then meet me in my office.” Jaden told him before walking through the doors to her office.
She sat at her desk trying to calm her racing heart. No man had ever affected her the way Taker had. She had always prided her self on being very professional. Now, every time she got near Taker her legs became weak, her heart pounded to the point she thought it was going to burst through her chest, her palms were sweaty, and she had trouble remembering to breath.
Giving herself a mental shake, she tried to snap out of it. Reminding herself that he was her patient, she once again put on her professional face and smiled at him as he walked through the door. She was glad to see he was moving with much more ease that before.
“Wow, Doc…that was great!” he exclaimed as he sat down in a chair feeling better than he had in a long time. “When do I get another?”
Jaden laughed. “Not until next week. Okay, tomorrow we get down to business. By the time you leave here, you will be sore and tired, but I promise you, in the end it will be worth it.”
Taker looked at her, staring deep into her eyes for a moment before answering her.
“I have no doubt about that.” He said in a deep voice that made Jaden glad she was already sitting.
