Your page must be neat, easy to read and follow (well thought out)
Your page must have some original creative thoughts and graphics (not just cut & pasted from other people' work, if you credited the work as theirs that's ok!)

The award will be sent to you by email and it will have a personal registration number on it, registered only to the winner. That way , any of Little Meow's awards that appear on someone's page without their personal registered number on it, will be easily identified as an award-knapping!!
