Homeschooling Language Impaired Forum

Welcome to the Homeschool Language-Impaired Forum.

This forum is open to people who have an interest in educating language-impaired or learning-disabled children. There is a heavy focus on practical educational ideas which can be applied to children who have difficulties in language - speech/reading/writing.

Many of the people who belong to this list are homeschooling parents of language-impaired or learning-disabled children. This mailing list is a place where you can contribute your ideas and practical educational techniques which you've found to be successful and fun for your children. It is also a place where you can find support and share your ideas and concerns.

This list has recently moved from Listbot to Onelist. We now have access to several new features - Shared Files of up to 5MB, a Survey facility, and Bookmarks. The member profiles for the discussion group are private. The list is unmoderated although newcomers are moderated until their first post. The archives for the list are private. To access the facilities, log in at Onelist, click on the HomeschoolLI link and then click on the facility that you are interested in eg Survey.
