"That's it, I'M OUTTA HERE! You coming, or getting "dressed" for dinner?"
He he he :)

    INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

    16 to 18 lb. Turkey
    2 cups Butter
    1 1/2 cups Onions
    1 1/2 cups chopped Celery
    5 cups Bread Crumbs
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Pepper

    DIRECTIONS:

To make the stuffing, melt the butter in a skillet. Cook the vegetables until soft. Add bread crumbs toss thoroughly. Pour broth over the crumbs and season with salt and pepper. Let cool.

Once you are ready to cook, place the turkey in the roast pan and stuff with the crumb mixture. Cook the turkey in a 325 degree oven, allowing 18 to 20 minutes per pound. Cover the turkey with foil, if desired, and baste occassionally.
