A client in her early twenties went to me and wanted to know why she had this immense feelings of apprehension when she hears flapping wings. It came to the point where she involuntarily shrieks, jumps and scamper away from the scene when sh e hears a fowl flapping its wings. Apart from the fear, she had to deal with embarrassment afterwards. I asked her Higher Self what she needed at the moment to release her from her fears. An impression told me to do a past life reading for her. I calmed myself, went to alpha state and waited for the vision.

Slowly a dark mist started to form in front of me. I slowly traversed its blinding thickness until it slowly gave way to a scene. I started to narrate what I was seeing at that time. The sky was dark gray, very depressing. Then I saw a commotion, there were groups of soldiers like knights with big crosses in their chests. I recognize them from pictures-the Crusades! Then I was in the Middle Ages. There was a lot of killing going on. Then it was all over. Days after, they were digging holes and throwing all the corpses into them. Bodies piled upon bodies. The scene was eerie, ghastly. Still, three days after, my gaze rested upon one of the holes.

Something was moving among the decaying corpses. It slowly pushed its way out of the hole. It was a child! An expression of grief and horror was painted in her face. She was about five years old. She fainted during the massacre and was mistaken as dead. So they threw her into the hole together with the other corpses. As she slowly crawled out of the hole, she felt her weakness. Her eyes opened wide as she scanned her sights to the scenes around her. There were vultures flying all around and digging their bills into the decaying flesh of the dead. She wanted to ran and flee the scene, but she was too weak from the emotions and hunger.

As the hours pass, the weakness started to eat into her until she was almost lifeless. That was when she felt a stab of pain in one of her legs. She slowly looked down and saw a vulture digging its bill into her flesh. She mustered all her strength and tried to kick the fowl away from her, but she was too weak to even move a muscle. She heard more flapping of wings as more vultures started to approach her. She opened her mouth for help but nothing came out. Her mind was revolti ng as they feasted on her flesh and yet she could do nothing. At some point she went out of her conscious state.

As I opened my eyes, I was quite affected by the horror of what I saw. After recovering, I asked her if she now understands her fear. Tears were streaming down from her eyes as she nodded. I started to comfort her and said that when she is ready , I can guide her into a meditation where we can finally release the incident and leave her present fear to the past.
