Our Wedding

On January 4, 2003 we were united as one before God.  We were blessed with the attendance of many friends, family, and the most gorgeous, blue Texas skies.  Our ceremony was held at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church and officiated by Pastor Gaylord Tsuei.

Afterwards, we continued the celebration - not "Party", don't ever say "Party" - with a beautiful wedding reception dinner held at the Lakeway Resort on the shores of Lake Travis.  The lion dancers were a fun treat for adults and kids alike.  Many, many thanks to our wedding and house parties and everyone that attended. Each of you helped make the weekend the best beginning to a marriage that two folks could ever have!

Opting for an adventurous and romantic honeymoon destination following our wedding, we traveled to the Whistler-Blackcomb ski resort for our first ski trip together. Our ski resort was was one of the highest on Whistler mountain providing an awesome view. Whistler and Blackcomb are two separate mountains, but the lifts and runs are built so that you can ski between them.

Dear Friends and Family,

Our families have provided the foundation to shape us into who we are today and for that, there is no way to adequately repay them. They have shown us more love and support than seems possible.  Our charge is that we shall raise up a family to continue the legacy of dedication, love, and sacrifice both families have passed on to us.  We pray that we will continue the heritage with which we have been entrusted.

You, our friends, have been a wellspring of wisdom, encouragement and unforgettable moments.  Each of you has played a significant role in shaping and molding our lives and pushing or pulling us to be what God meant for us to be, a worship to Him.  However, it is now when we will need you more than ever to simply be as you have been, the most wonderful group of people we could ever and will ever know.  Please help us continue our pursuit of Christ.

As for you, oh Lord, thank you for first loving us, for giving us life and a life together.  Our only hope and prayer is that we can fulfill the covenant of marriage as You have intended.  We can not wait to see You face to face, but until that day, please give us the faith and discipline to live in accordance with Your will and in the fullness of Your grace and mercy.

                                                                                                         By His Grace,
