more closely to what we take for granted every day.
When they're 2 years old, they can
teach us some pretty amazing things!
- Like little red balloons, some things can't be fixed when broken.
- Never underestimate the play potential of an object.
- Rain water is especially tasty when drunken from a sand box shovel.
- Bring your hands in close to your body when you spy a bug,
that way it can't hop onto any flailing appendages.
When they're 9 months old, they can

- A rolling pacifier gathers no cat hair.
- Pooping and eating simultaneously is a skill to be admired.
- A crabby Abby break isn't nearly as rewarding as a happy Abby fix.
- Approach everything with great passion (yawning, eating, wiggling, etc.)
- Snort loudly when you are hungry... it expedites your food service.
- Greet every new face with a smile... people will remember you.
- Even thumb sucking requires practice...
it's arrogant to think you'll automatically be great at it.
- Tiny hands are fuzz magnets.
- Schedules are for dufusses.
