OLGANIDA'S FAMOUS FUNNEL CAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. milk
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
PREPARATIONS
Use deep fryer or a skillet. Be careful not to pour too much oil in it. Have your oil very hot, but don't burn it. After the oil gets hot, hold the funnel over the oil and move it in a circle motion and then a crisscross motion as you pour the batter through the funnel into the hot oil to make cakes. They rise pretty fast and get quite large, so be careful not to put too much batter at a time! Fry to golden brown, drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powered sugar.
