"THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM"

"SHOULD WE BE AWARE OF ITS DEFECTS"

I am starting out this page with this statement. I am a citizen of the greatest country in the world.I am proud to call myself an American, and I would do anything to keep it a free nation. I am not a radical, nor am I a member of any group that wants to cause racial, religous,political, or any other unrest in this country. As far as party affillation, I am a middle of the road voter, going for the man that I think can keep us a free nation. If anything in this page turns out to be offensive to you, then Iam sorry about that. Free speech is one of our rights that we have over other nations and we should exercise that right as much as possible. May God continue to bless us all. Long live the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

I do have a problem with the way a person can be found not guilty, and yet be found guilty of causing the same deaths.I not saying that this person was not guilty; all I am saying is that the jury found him not guilty, and that is where it should of ended. If that person can have it happen to him, then can it happen to you and me. That in my thoughts says double jepordy, and that scares me.
We have a long way to go to clean up our system, which is still many times better than the systems in most countries, and the only way to do it is to place the proper people in the right places of authority. I am glad that I live here in Kokomo, where we do have a good system, where they get the facts before the acts. Enough said for now.

The system can only be as strong as the people it is supposed to protect.
