This cake was a 9x13” cake. I baked two cakes, and cut the tennis racket out of the cake, as well as the tennis ball. You have to make sure to really cover the sculpted parts well with a first coat of icing to prevent crumbs from getting into the final product.
After the net was piped on the cake, I put the tennis racket and ball on. A great effect, huh?
