This is the beginning of the Family History of many families joined by the union of Charles Carroll and Sarah Gilbert. This page works both with ancestors and descendants. This page also contains many collteral relatives and many ancient decendants with colorfull histories and many others with quite interesting biographies. By checking on "Surnames" or "Persons" you will get links to family pedigrees and ancestor / descendant charts. If you would like to have your name removed please email me and I will substiture "LIVING" in its place. All family histories will eventually be loaded on to the LDS Ancestral Files and International Geneological Index. The family tree as it may be called, is the partial culmination of 2 years work. All submissions have been checked for accuarcy and preciseness. We are attempting to have the most accurate information available, provided by many of our branches of the family tree. Many of you are also to be commended for your help and diligence.)

Well I just reached the 10,000 ancestormark and over 25 months of intense work. I have aquired so much information and am now overwelmed by it.

I am have made my 2nd pilgramige to Kansas and Missouri.

I will be attending the Shadwick reunion in Halfway, Missouri. I hope to find more information there.

I am slo planning to take trips to Toronto and Hamilton CN as well as Lewis County NY. I have made contact with many new Barnes relatives and ancestors. What a wild time it has been.
