SEBASTIAN "BOSTON" BOUSLOUGH

Articles of SeperationThis indenture made between Sabastian Bouslough of the one part ans Easter Bouslough of the othear part both of the township of Frankston and county of Huntingdon and State of Pennsylvania. Witness that whereas some unhapy differences have latley arisen between the said Boston Bouslough and Easter his wife and they have mutualy agreed to live apart from each othear and previous to such seperation he the said Sebastian Bouslough relinquish all clames to the state that he has in write that he has by being married to Easter Bouslough both real and personally reserving to him selff one Mare named Juel, one Sorrell colt, one Bell cow, his on Bead and beding on the folowing condition to wit, That the said Easter Bouslough pays unto the said Sebastian Bouslough the sum of thirty dollars yearely and every yeare during his life that is to say thirty dollars on the first day of October ensuing the date hereof and then on the first day of October during his life and furthur the Easter Bouslough do agree to pay all the debts now contracted for up until this date but no othear on the above conditions said sebastian now quits clame to the above estate
