We, the owners of this aforementioned Mastiff, do hereby give the breeders, James & Donna Dick, right to take immediate custody of this Mastiff, at any time, from any person, pound, shelter, Rescue Service, or boarding facility where it may be placed; including all records and AKC registration papers.
This statement will release any of the aforementioned persons, or facilities, from any liability or lawsuit, on the part of the owner/s, of this dog for release of the dog to its breeders, James or Donna Dick.
If this dog belongs to one or more persons/party, and there is a division of properties due to separation and/or divorce, Settlement Agreement; or in the case of the owner/s' demise, Estate Settlement; the dog shall not be held in litigation. Should custody of the dog be in question the breeder has the right to enforce "Right of Possession"; and immediately assume legal ownership of the dog.
This statement shall also be considered our "Last Will and Testament" on the ownership of the aforementioned Mastiff. In the case of our demise, ownership of this Mastiff, all records, and AKC Registration papers shall be immediately transferred to its breeders, James or Donna Dick. This dog shall, in no way, be held in litigation, nor ownership transferred, to any other party not mentioned herein, including relatives or any persons or parties which may lay claim to this said dog for any reason.
This "Right Of Possession" is part of the original "Sales Contract Agreement" between the breeder and the owner and is duly enforceable by the breeder at any time, from any person, pound, shelter, facility, or Rescue Organization; for the entire life of the dog.
I/We, testify that no contract, Last Will, sales contract, affidavit, transfer of ownership, nor any other form of documentation will be made concerning the ownership of this Mastiff. Any such documentation, ownership transfer, or Right of Possession, shall not be made following the date of this document. This document shall be the sole enforceable documentation on the custody, or Right Of Possession of this Mastiff. Any, or all, documentation, contracts, ect., either prior to, or following, the signing of this statement shall be considered nil, void, and invalid.
