If payments are to made, payments shall be made to the SELLER at the
address listed on this contract. If the PURCHASER is more than 10 days late in making any
of the installments due, the PURCHASER shall pay $20.00 for each late installment payment.
Should PURCHASER not make the payments as they become due, after 30 days late, the SELLER reserves the right to declare the contract in default and to accelerate the payments and declare the full contract amount due and payable immediately, thereby providing the SELLER with the Repossession Options: Allowing SELLER to promptly reclaim the Doberman and any legal papers previously given to PURCHASER pertaining to this Doberman: thereby terminating this contact between all parties and causing PURCHASER to forfeit any and all Moines or securities, payments or considerations previously accepted by SELLER.
This is a statement of mutual understanding between the PURCHASER and the SELLER for the welfare and best interest of this Doberman and its breed in general. If all variables were controllable, this agreement would be unnecessary. Since it is understood that both parties involved in this transaction are concerned that this Doberman develop as projected, it is listed below the express obligations of both the:
PURCHASER and the SELLER.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF BREEDER/SELLER:
The SELLER testifies that the Sire and Dam of this puppy are both free, as far as can be determined, from hereditary defects: with good temperment being a prime quality in the breeding of this litter.
The SELLER testifies to the good health of this puppy and furnishes a medical record showing types of vaccinations, when given, types of wormier, when given and any other type of medical attention which may have been given or needed.
The SELLER testifies that this puppy has been carefully raised, socialized, nurtured and critically evaluated. The SELLER will do all possible to assist the PURCHASER, via consultation and recommendations to help this puppy reach its full potential.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF PURCHASER/NEW OWNER:
PURCHASER agrees that all responsibility for keeping this Doberman in good health and keeping all inoculations up to date, worming regularly and sexual alteration (where necessary and agree upon) are his.
PURCHASER agrees that, if for any reason, he is unable to keep this Doberman, due to changes in circumstances, sickness, incompatibility or for any other reason, this Doberman will be promptly returned to SELLER for attempted placement in a new home. It is further agreed that SELLER has complete and total control over placement of this Doberman.
PURCHASER agrees that this Doberman will be treated as an integral part of his family, will not be kept tied, chained or otherwise abused. It will not be conveyed in the back of a pickup and will not be shut away from family members and isolated from full socialization with its family. Further, it will not be housed in a damp, cold, unheated environment. It will not be beated, starved, neglected and/or abused in any respect. PURCHASER will write to or call the SELLER on a regular basis for the purpose of reporting on mental and physical development of this Doberman, as well as its accomplishments.

"While there is a Chance in The Entire Doberman Breed that, A, Any Dog, May come down with Dilated Cardiomyopathy, as it is, at present a Breed Problem, of which there is No solid solid information or test from research as of yet, to determine how or why it affects some dogs or lines or how to breed it out, I therefore make these recommendations to make all Persons that purchase a puppy from me aware of this disease.
I highly advise and recommend that any Puppy, Dog, purchased from me, be tested at approximately one year of age and there after every year, for a Heart Disease of this Type, (Dilated Cardiomyopathy) with the latest tests available to determine the functions of the heart. Present tests are Ultrasounds, 24 hour holter monitor testing, Ekg's, Early detection can many times, lenghten the life of a dog with early treatment. I nor no one person "can guarentee" that a dog I sell or any person sells, will not come down with this disease, There is just too little information known about this at the present. But I will do all in my power to strive for Longevity and Health in my lines, and I will make all buyers from me aware of health in my dogs, and try to keep up on the latest findings in Research involving "Dilated Cardiomyopathy in Dobermans",and contact all Buyers and let them know when A DNA Test is made available by Research! And Request those Buyers to USE that test and inform me of the findings."
I ALSO Request that All Puppy buyers from me, contact me and send me information of any health problems, with said dog so I can keep accurate health files on my lines!

Failure of the NEW OWNER/PURCHASER to live up to any of the terms of this agreement will entitle the SELLER to reclaim the Doberman and its registration papers and to not be further obligated to the PURCHASER in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to no obligation to refund any previously paid money.
No other guarantees, affirmations or bonds apply, either expressed, written or implied reguarding the present or projected quality of this Doberman.
The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Seller resides, to the exclusion of any forum and constitutes the entire agreement between parties.
By signing this agreement/contract, we affirm that we have read, understood and agree to abide to the terms set forth for our mutual benifit and the advancement and protection of this Doberman detailed herein.
